yes, I just want to say that from the moment I called this hotel property they were understanding and convenient. They made sure all of my needs were taken care of. I checked in early I came in on the train and I end up staying a lot longer than what I anticipated however, they were friendly nice and they made sure I was taking care of the property secure. I felt safe it being an unknown area of course they are so so so nice and understanding to every little thing that you have going on they pay attention to. I can ask for much more staying out of town at a place I was unfamiliar with if you’re looking for somewhere that feels like home. This is definitely the place I know it’s a business and establishment however, it felt like home. It’s also wonderful. They have a subway connected to them. Great experience I would recommend to everybody and I can’t wait to go back great beautiful view of the pool. I can go on and on Clean it’s where you wanna be. !!! thx guys all the staff deserve a raise!!!! thx it’s definitely what customer service looks like it feels like. See you soon.

I like that there is a Subway sandwich place on the property and it's very close to a McDonald's.. Also it was very quiet and felt safe. The rooms were clean and had all necessary items for guests. I also like that they installed a gate with a gate code so that only registered guests can drive into the parking lot. 😊

Check in was quick and attendant was friendly. The room was not good. Blinds didn't completely cover the window so anyone walking by could see in and street lights shined in all night. There were loud people all around... ALL NIGHT! Then there were roaches in the bathroom the next morning. Fortunately it was only one night.

The room was pretty decent for the price that night I stayed. The only thing that was dirty was a drawer that had some bodysuit lingerie that was neon green, and had blood stains on it. My lady was pretty grossed out about it. Other than that it was pretty nice and convenient.

This place is much better than when I first stayed here two years ago. Looks a lot nicer and the area is also cleaner. I really like the proximity to the Tower District. It was a nice, quiet stay.

Awesome rooms! Very nice after the remodel! Will stay here anytime I am in Fresno! Would recommend 10/10 me and my girlfriend love this place! Friendly staff in the front office as well!

Be warned, this is a budget hotel for a reason. We went with a party of 20 renting multiple rooms. They were not clean, the bathrooms were filthy. My shower had no water pressure making it impossible to clean ourselves. The fridge did not work at all. Beds had dirt, thankfully we had no critters but did hear of some rooms having bugs. Our first night in the police were called on guests that were screaming and fighting in there room. It seems like a place for local transients to stay a while. The only good thing I can say was the staff was top notch. They kicked out the trouble makers and personally apologized to us for the disturbance. They were helpful and even gave leeway to ppl that didn’t check out right at 11. Overall, if you need a place to stay find an alternative unless you don’t have your family and don’t mind the crowd this place attracts. I am not the type to be extra picky and don’t expect my room to be a villa but this was too much.

Room had a smell too it and the place is very run down. The area isn’t best either if you looking to stay in Fresno

The hotel was good value for money close to the downtown core but everything around is closed on weekends and it gets totally abandoned so early in the evening.
