位於一座非常舒服的小院子裏，建築給人感覺很有歷史感，但房間內部打掃的很乾凈，工作人員也提前告知了我們需要如何進入，非常值得推薦的住宿。

地理位置絕佳，位於弗里奧市中心。我很喜歡這家民宿的中世紀/哥德式風格。早餐價格也還算可以。 整體來說，清潔度有待提高，因為晚上睡覺前有一隻爬蟲（可能是我們打開陽台的時候）。空調不太冷。 還是會推薦！

Super leuk en goed onderhouden complex. Alles prima verzorgd. Locatie is fantastisch. Owner is zeer helpfull en goed te bereiken. Check in was makkelijk. Elke ochtend ontbijt met vers fruit en jogurt. Wijnbar next door was geweldig. Op loopafstand van alle goede restaurants

Gorgeous building and sweet room. The bed was very comfortable. Great location and good value. Breakfast was well set up. Was very quiet considering the central location. Would happily stay again. Also had a lovely dinner in Fremantle. Great for a romantic getaway. Stairs are narrow. So big luggage may be tricky. Still worth it

Great location in the center of Fremantle. Easy check in/out. Lovely room, full of character, comfy bed & pillows, very quiet. Large bathroom with separate shower & bath (didn't get time to use unfortunately). Everything we needed, including fruit, yogurt and Banana bread for breki. We will stay again

The Port Mill B&B was a quaint, quality, and safe accommodation for our travels through the Perth area. We loved the courtyard and the location and the price. The B&B is within walking distance of the harbor and breweries cafés and shopping.

The morning of our stay, we received a phone call to say the room had been double booked which was extremely disappointing. I was told this has never happened, but reading other reviews, it’s not the first time. The solution to this was that the owner had an Air BnB and said we could stay there for the first night and then move to a hotel down the road for the second night. When arriving at the Air BnB, we turned up to the owner’s personal house and her bedroom was ‘our’ room. There were personal belongings all throughout the room and it was dirty. The bathroom was a shared bathroom at the back of the house with all of the owners personal toiletries, throughout. The booking was for a private stay with our own apartment so to then be presented with this, was disgraceful.

Stayed for 2 nights and on arrival there was a lot of drilling noise and the young lady said it should be okay and she wasn’t sure what was going on , so we checked in and the building work started at 7.30 am and carried on throughout the day . Tried to get in touch with somebody but we only saw the young lady and she said the management team would be in touch which they did yesterday totally ignoring my request for a refund saying apologies for the noise we hope to see you again !! Not good

We booked a mid winter three day stay at the Port Mill B&B (The Duyfken Suite). We arrived at 2pm and were immediately concerned at the very loud noise & vibration that was coming from the buildings air conditioning condenser units seemingly located within or adjacent to the ceiling space of the room. The problem continued for several hours so we tried to contact someone to fix the issue. The B&B did not seem to have anyone in attendance at the property but we did manage to speak with someone on the phone who told us that they would send someone up within a few minutes. One hour later, no one had arrived & the noise only got worse. We called again and were offered an alternate room in a different hotel two to three blocks away which was not a good option late on a cold wet night. We were then offered “earplugs” but felt this was an unsatisfactory solution especially given the $690 we had spent on the room. By 9:30pm we decided to pack up and relocate to the Rydges hotel a couple of doors down the street to get a decent night sleep. Unfortunately we have been unable to get Port Mill B&B to refund our money for the three day booking - a very disappointing outcome from our perspective.

We had a gorgeous staycay in the Leeuwin room. Very helpful, nice room, lovely balcony which we sat and ate our breakfast. Whisper wine bar next door is awesome too and adds to making this area of Fremantle feel like you're in France. Great French restaurants around. I know freo's heritage is Italian, but this area has a distinct French feel. Thanks for the epic weekend

Beautiful setting and a lovely old building. We walked past and said 'wouldn't it be lovely if it was in there' - and it was. Perfect location, wasn't thrilled at the stairs but a small price to pay. Very comfy bed and a good breakfast provided.
