The room needed better lighting and the breakfast was terrible. I would shop around for another hotel if had to stay in Frederick, Md again at this price!! Would not recommend this hotel.

Our check in was seamless! Our room was very clean and exactly what we needed. We loved the service staff, really friendly and helpful. The parking lot was SOO icy though and felt very unsafe and hard to know where to park. Additionally, it smelled a lot like **** on the main floor, perhaps from a guest. Other than that, no complaints.

Everything was good, BUT had to cut my trip one day short because of a snow storm, and the hotel refused to recund me or give me credit for next trip, since I usually choose Hamptoms Hotels

The hotel is very nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. It is 10 minutes away from most shopping places and downtown. The only thing that really bothered me was that I got woken up multiple times by the staff/cleaning staff. They were slamming doors, knocking on peoples door loudly, throwing things, banging on wall, yelling in the hallway and I don’t know what else they were throwing around but the whole room was shaking and a loud bang next door woke us up disturbingly. We thought we were under attack! This was the day after new years eve and they were doing this around 8am! I stay at hotels so I can sleep and have a good rest before heading back on road and that did not happen here.

I really liked it! The breakfast is great and the rooms are very nice. José, one of the members of the staff, is so so nice, he helped us, and was able to answer all our questions!

My issue was thermostat in our room wasn't working correctly. I could not control the Temp. I contacted the front desk and one of the cleaning staff came up and tried to help but was unable to get it. There was no maintenance staff on site to resolve our issue. We heard nothing further from the Front desk clerk. I addressed it in the morning but was referred to a phone number by the check out clerk. While the place was decent, we will not return to this property.

Very rude and unfriendly reception clerk. Paper-thin walls. Loud AC system. Hot breakfast items did not look appetizing.
