Daniela Cerutti at the front office always looks after us so well, Angelo Baldi is a superb and friendly restaurant manager (ably supported by the wonderful Graziano), and Pietro provides excellent service at the bar. We always feel that we are being treated as special customers, and that is down to their skills as professionals - they make every customer feel special. Ignore any negative comments that you may occasionally read, - book a stay here with confidence.
