葛雷別墅飯店(Villa Grey)

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per un ponte in famiglia, affrontando un prezzo in linea con i migliori 5 stelle di zona. Purtroppo rispetto alle aspettative abbiamo trovato carenza di servizi e difficoltà nella cucina sia a colazione che a pranzo. Nessuna opzione per poter usare il bagno con un bambino piccolo, a cena solo opzione stellato, nessuna flessibilità di orario al checkout, no ricarica elettrica solo per dirne alcune. Tutto ciò ad un prezzo altissimo

La recensione si riferisce al ristorante dello stabilimento balneare di Villa Grey. Con un’affiatata e consolidata copia di amici mia moglie ed io abbiamo pranzato in questa struttura sabato 7 ottobre in una splendida giornata ottobrina. Il tavolo era posizionato vista mare e perciò abbiamo anche goduto di una bellissima vista. Dispone di una propria cucina e di un proprio chef e rispetto a quella dell’altro ristorante il Parco (una stella Michelin) è più improntata su piatti di mare della tipici della tradizione versiliese. Le proposte sono tutte di buon livello e sono caratterizzate dall’utilizzo di materie prime di buona qualità e da porzioni generose. Su tutte segnalo lo spaghetto alle ****lle e il fritto di paranza (croccante, non unto e abbondante). Buone le proposte presenti sulla carta dei vini. Personale giovane ma attento e professionale. I prezzi sono alti, in fase con quelli della zona, ma il livello della cucina e del servizio è al di sopra della media rispetto ad analoghe strutture del versante versiliese.

C’est la troisième fois que nous venons à Forte dei Marmi mais la première fois que nous séjournons à la Villa Grey que nous ne connaissions pas et nous sommes enchantés. Nous avions une deluxe room avec balcon sur la mer. La décoration est sobre et élégante. L’hôtel est à taille humaine. La plage privée de l’hôtel est belle et très bien tenue, le restaurant de plage est très agréable. Des vélos sont mis à disposition gracieusement et l’hôtel dispose d’un parking. Deux petits bémols seulement : - l’établissement n’a pas de piscine ce qui serait bien utile lorsque la mer est agitée. - depuis les chambres sur mer, on a le bruit de la route qui à certaines heures est très présent. Surtout un grand merci à toute l’équipe, depuis la réception jusqu’à la plage en passant par la team du pdj, tout le monde a été réactif, très disponible et super serviable.

Sono anni che siamo dei fedelissimi clienti del parco di Villa Grey, ogni anno troviamo innovazione cortesia e qualità, da quest’anno anche la nostra bambina di un anno e mezzo ha potuto constatarne la bontà divorandosi un semplice ma strepitoso spaghetto al pomodoro , servito in pochissimi minuti dal suo arrivo. Carta dei vini brillante, conto consono al tipo di location e cibo e da come viene servito. A stasera!!

Esperienza fantastica. Bella la location, che trasmette calma e tranquillità, quello che ci vuole per godersi a pieno una cena come questa. Cibo ottimo, ricercato, ogni piatto presentato come una opera d’arte. Un mix di sapori moderno ed originale per un esplosione di gusti ad ogni assaggio. Fantastico! Giudizio positivo anche per il personale di sala, attento, preparato e pronto a rispondere ad ogni domanda (e noi gliene abbiamo fatte davvero tante!). Un complimento a parte lo merita il sommelier che con la sua professionalità e passione ha dato quel tocco in più ad una cena già di per sé eccezionale. Vini ottimi, di provenienza internazionale, non banali, frutto di una ricerca di chi ci mette il cuore nel proprio lavoro. Insomma un esperienza top! Consigliatissimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Beautiful hotel, Amazing beach club, Friendly people, Food at the beachclub is so-so, Food at Il Parco is amazing highly recommended to go there! We really enjoyed our stay only when we checked in we found or room very dirty, I complained about that and they told me they would re clean the room, To be honest as a first time check in guest this is not how it should be, Especially after other guests have checked out there should be a proper cleaning. There were make-up stains on the doors and windows, Very dirty spots on the door of the toilet + gross brown spots on the toilet itself, Also the sink was filled with toothpaste spots. After complaining only the toilet got cleaned, All the other things mentioned were still dirty, I tried to speak with a manager just to explain the situation, We didn’t want a bigger room or anything ( rooms are very very small) but we just wanted a clean room where we felt comfortable, We didn’t have the comfortable clean feeling during the whole stay which was a pity, I really suggest them to have a good word with their cleaning team, Or have a new cleaning team, As this is just putting people off and that’s a pity for such an amazing and beautiful property, For the rest we really loved everything, Only to be honest cleanliness is a very important thing and it did ruin our stay a bit.

Amazing services and stuff. Great place to stay in FDM. Bikes for rent ( no need to reserve it, they have plenty of very simple bikes ) - if you need better bike there are rental offices on town where you can rent electric or faster bikes. Without bike or car everything is far:) Rooms are little bit smaller but modest and clean with great views. Private beach is clean and you have there “your cabana” with 2sunbeds, 1chair and 2sunseats with towels. Beach bar is open till 19:00. Room cleaning twice a day. Offer of car transport to Viareggio or anywhere close(van for at least 6people). Nice calm place with privacy.

Villa Grey is a real gem of a hotel. From the total service commi**ent of everyone to ensure your stay is a special experience, the amazing Michelin star restaurant, the superb location, private beach facilities/ restaurant, Villa Grey is a wonderful example of the very best in Italian hospitality.

I had the pleasure of dining here at Il Parco and it did not let me down! The food and service were impeccable. Perfect location, what a treat! My only flaw would be that there was a strange sound coming from the kitchen halfway through the meal, it was quite loud and distracting and other guests were guessing what the sound was too.. maybe a generator or something like a mixer or blender? This need to be addressed as it did ruin the a**osphere a little for being so loud. Other than that, i will definitely return.
