拉尼啟海灣飯店(The Bay Inn at Lani Kai)

I made a reservation for 4 people through **obile travel, the bedroom is only 1 bed and 1 sofa. I requested a change for a two beds room and after three hours, I'm still waiting for both, the hotel and the agency and the answer we can't do anything, even paying for an upgrade. So, tonight I have to stay in a hotel that doesn't work for my family and no one is responsible form I won't make a reservation anymore with **obile travel and of course, first and last time in this "hotel"

We stayed one night. It was good overall. I would definitely recommend the bay inn for anyone wanting a quieter environment (in lieu of the main hotel) but with all the amenities of being next to the beach, etchings . The place was clean. TBH, I was a bit afraid of bed bugs given other reviews but we checked the place out before bringing anything in and it was clean. Mattresses had zippered covers. Beds are cheap and uncomfortable. Interior is dated. But we were at the beach the whole day. Fine for a short stay.
