佛羅倫薩設有 Spa 的熱門飯店

Great location, very close to the train station and only a 10 minute walk from Piazza del Duomo and it’s surrounding bars and restaurants. Tram stop right outside is handy if you don’t wish to walk everywhere, but be wary that the trams (and announcements!) run quite late in to the night if you have a room at the front of the hotel as we did. Very comfortable bed with easy to use air conditioning. Weather wasn’t quite good enough to spend any time on the roof terrace, but we did nip up to take a look and it must be amazing in the summer! Reception staff friendly without being overbearing, always say hello on the way past and very quickly solved an issue we had with our air conditioning.

It was our first time at Palazzo Castri 1874. And we would come again, when we are in Florence the next time. The Location in the centre of Florence is just great. Everything is in walking distance. Even the main station. And nearby you can find a lot of restaurants. If you travel by car you can book a convenient and safe parking service. The rooms are nice and with everything provided you need. And the garden is awesome. We loved it.

We spent 3 night in 3 different cities on our trip. This was our favorite hotel on our trip. Beds were super comfy and the place was very clean. The staff went above and beyond for us as we asked for recommendations for restaurants and they made reservations for us and sent us text messages once they were confirmed. The best part about this place is the courtyard. Gorgeous. We would grab a drink at the bar and then go out to the courtyard to enjoy it. There is a hot tub out there as well but we did not use it. Bartenders were all very friendly. The location is perfect. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but more than close enough to walk to everything, which we did. No need for public transportation to get to and from the hotel. High recommend!

這家離共和國廣場衹有一個街區的酒店絕對是五星級的，從這裏可以方便地到達老城中的很多景點。員工非常棒而且很樂意提供幫助。對佛羅倫薩這種地方來說房間已經很大了，而且非常乾淨整潔。我就是為了這家酒店也會再來佛羅倫薩的。

The hotel was really good. It is NOT located in the center city. It took about 25 minutes in a wheelchair to get to the city. The setting was beautiful. The resturaunt food was about average and really expensive. After the first night eating dinner there, we decided to do something else. We really enjoyed our aperitivo was great. The only thing that would keep us from staying there would be if we wanted to stay in the center of excitement.

Super disappointed with the rooms. I’m not sure if some are upgraded as the pictures online look nothing like our room. Very deceiving. Very dates. Very loud mini split AC that doesn’t work and spiders in our room. Bed is very uncomfortable. My brother has a separate room and it had a terrible smell. They gave him a hard time when he asked to be moved. For the price I was hoping for much much more. I was really looking forward to this hotel and I am majorly let down. Wish I can get my money back.

A beautiful hotel that is not your typical high rise hotel, but more of a large estate. Beautiful grounds and the rooms are well appointed. We had stayed here 5 years ago and enjoyed ourselves so we decided to return, with our daughter. Since there were 3 of us, we booked the Superior Triple Room which turned out to be a sleeper sofa on the first floor and narrow steps leading to the bed upstairs. I wasn't expecting this from the pictures on the website because if I had seen this room, I would not have booked it. The air conditioning was fine on the first floor, however, there was no air making it upstairs so it was hot up there. Beds and pillows were comfortable. There was no TV guide, so you had to scroll through each channel to see what was on each channel. The restaurant was very nice, as was the bar, however, they are very understaffed as it seems to be common all over. There was one waiter in the restaurant to handle about 10 tables, so there was a delay in getting your order. My daughter ordered her beef fillet medium well - it came out rare. We asked the waiter to have them cook it longer, he took it, but we never got it back. When leaving, he apologized about never getting it back to her, that was fine, a minor slip up. The next night that same waiter was working the bar and I joked with him that he does everything, nice guy. People should know that the hotel is outside of Florence, and you either take the shuttle for 7.50 Euro, or a taxi (which will cost about 25 - 30 euros each way. You will NOT walk to anywhere from this hotel, however it is a very relaxing location.
