The hotel is within walking distance from the Cathedral/ historical city. The hotel has parking space available that needs to be booked in advance. We had big room with view on the garden. It was quite, nice and clean. The room we had has also kitchenette. If next time in Florence I will first try to book room in this hotel.

Great location, very close to the train station and only a 10 minute walk from Piazza del Duomo and it’s surrounding bars and restaurants. Tram stop right outside is handy if you don’t wish to walk everywhere, but be wary that the trams (and announcements!) run quite late in to the night if you have a room at the front of the hotel as we did. Very comfortable bed with easy to use air conditioning. Weather wasn’t quite good enough to spend any time on the roof terrace, but we did nip up to take a look and it must be amazing in the summer! Reception staff friendly without being overbearing, always say hello on the way past and very quickly solved an issue we had with our air conditioning.

Thank you :) Our experience at the hotel was great. In many ways this hotel was ideal for us, it wasn't right in the city center where all the noise is, but it was close enough to it (about half an hour's walk to the train station with a suitcase and bags). The hotel staff was excellent, very kind and respectful with lots of good and efficient advice. The room was spacious enough and clean and we didn't lack anything. One weak point was for us and it was the bed which was a double bed but, it was connected by two mattresses, and an air conditioner that worked but made a lot of noise. In conclusion, if you don't mind walking to the city center (I strongly recommend everyone to walk and not use public transport, there is a lot to see on the way :) ) And you are looking for the hotel staff to be nice, polite, experienced, know the surroundings and know how to give you tips, this is the hotel check for you. Thank you very much for everything was really pleasant and nice in the hotel

這家酒店的概念當然很好,屋頂酒吧很棒。但是,在313歐元/晚加上早餐和稅費,這是我住過的最貴的酒店.....它是最好的嗎?不,我不這麼認爲。房間很擁擠,幾乎沒有任何設施或體貼的工作人員行爲與其他類似價格的住宿相一致。早餐時供應的咖啡和雞蛋也在高速公路加油站被發現,考慮到托斯卡納的烹飪服務,這是一個恥辱。老牌好客理念被拋諸腦後,希望這種怪癖能夠彌補,這真是可惜。如果他們想留住這兩者,他們就會贏得一場勝利,我會很高興地回來。乾杯!

Great Location, close to Santa Maria Novella Station. Everything walking distance. On arrival we were happy with the vibe of hotel. Staff were very helpful& friendly. Our Room ( triple ) was a really nice size room. Bathroom spacious and shower had good pressure . Included Breakfast was lovely, a lot to choose from. The lady who worked on the kitchen every morning deserves a mention, really lovely.

The worst Hilton. First of all, the second day I arrived the hotel had no service because they were doing work. What kind of a hotel does service and shuts down everything while guests are there?! Second of all, most of the staff and one of the bartenders are very rude. They do not want to help you. They are angry. This is supposed to be a business in hospitality. This hotel is quite the opposite of everything hospitality means. Third, when asking for full service on your room sometimes they do it and you have to keep reminding them. Fourth, someone was smoking in one of the rooms and every single guest is alerted of with an alarm in their rooms which I get if it was an actual fire. They have no business center with a computer which is unheard of. Everything in your room is controlled by your key card. Lights, electricity, everything. The ac is awful. It’s freezing and you cannot control it. It’s super hot outside and then an ice chest in your room. You can get sick in that environment. The showers have mold in the cracks. You can’t even ask them simple things like when if the bar open for coffee without being yelled at. They have a condescending bar tender who stresses out and yells at you claiming there is only one of him. That’s false. There are 2-3 others and he acts like he is working in a real bar. He’s not a bartender. In the states the bartenders are super busy and yet, they continue to have smiles on their faces and accommodate what you want. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to and will never go again. They charge for everything. No complimentary coffee and just overall rudeness. In the middle of nowhere. The toilets don’t work. Their coffee machine in the room is not a coffee machine. It’s a water machine that heats up water and they don’t tell you anywhere that you need to turn it off after 2 minutes. So if you stay here, turn it off after two minutes or else it will spill all over. I will do my research next time on hotels and will not fly into Florence next time.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The views, the pool, the staff, the atmosphere were all top-notch. We will definitely be coming back to stay again in a few years. Thank you again!!

這是我第一次獨自入住的旅館,很好!我覺得非常安全,工作人員超級友好,房間和公共區域有你需要的一切!房間的儲物櫃很大...我有足夠的空間來保持我所有的東西的安全,但是你需要自帶掛鎖(也許旅舍可以在預訂時說清楚?雖然我準備好了,但房間裏的另一位女士沒有;))。位置很棒,離車站很近(但足夠遠,這不是問題....),離景點,餐館和酒吧都很近。我很樂意回到Ostello Bello!Grazie

Πήγαμε 5ημερη. Ας ξεκινήσουμε από το ότι τα δωμάτια ήταν αηδιαστικά με κηλίδες αίματος και κραγιόν, μες στην σκόνη και είχε υπερβολική ζέστη χωρις να μπορούμε να ρυθμίσουμε την θερμοκρασία. Το ξενοδοχείο βρισκόταν στην μεση του πουθενά. Στην ρεσεψιόν δεν ξέρανε αγγλικά καθόλου. Υπήρχαν ζωντανά έντομα (κατσαρίδες,μύγες κλπ) στους τοίχους. Πέρα από αυτό στο ξενοδοχείο υπήρχαν περίεργοι άνθρωποι που κοιτούσανε περίεργα στα απέναντι δωμάτια από τα δικά μας με αποτέλεσμα να φοβόμαστε. Πρωινό δεν μπήκαμε καν στην διαδικασία να φάμε γιατί είχαμε σιχαθεί. Φαινόταν ότι τα δωμάτια είχανε να καθαριστούν πάνω από βδομαδες καθώς έβρισκες τρίχες, κηλίδες από φαγητά κ ποτά παντού πέρα από τα αίματα κ τα κραγιόν που προανέφερα. Τα δωμάτια μυρίζανε μούχλα κ ένα από τα δωμάτια δεν είχε κρεβάτια. Γενικά οι συνθήκες άθλιες. Το ξενοδοχείο θελει ανάφλεξη όχι απλά καθαρισμό. Δεν το συνιστώ, απλά θα κλέψουν τα λεφτά σας!
