Άψογο ξενοδοχείο..υπέροχα όλα!!!Χωρος υπεροχοσ,Πρασινο παντου, από το ξενοδοχείο,πισίνα μεγαλη ,πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, καθαριότητα, τέλειο πρωινό ολα υπέροχα!!!Ο μασέρ υπέροχος αλλά και όλο το προσωπικό υπεροχο

El Bufet del desayuno era escaso pero de buena calidad Las vistas de la piscina son bonitas, pero te has de pelear por las hamacas y bajar a las 8 de la mañana para tener sombrilla. Aunque hay piscina de adultos, es una pena que si tienes un hijo educado no puedas ir y tengas que estar en la piscina grande con niños mal educados salpicando agua. Dice que tienes vistas al mar en la habitación y ves las paredes de los edificios de enfrente. Los empleados viven en el Resort en los bajos de las habitaciones, están en el resort haciendo vida y con la ropa colgada entre los jardines del hotel, lo lógico es que haya una zona para ellos. Las chicas de recepción no son amables y no te explican las instalaciones del hotel, nos fuimos sin saber qué había sauna en el spa por ejemplo. Me parece una vergüenza que un hotel de 5 estrellas no te ofrezca una “omelete” y tengas que pagar extra. Todo son mesas de 2-4 personas en el desayuno , si eres familia se enfadan si les pides que juntes sos mesas en el exterior. Los empleados del hotel no son amables y siempre están enfadados, son una familia y tratan al turista como alguien con dinero que pasa unos días y sin nada de cariño. Las habitaciones viejas, con 4 amenities, los baños prevén de pensión, las televiones no son smart, hay hasta DVD, para ser hotel de 5 estrellas no hay atenciones ni minibar en la habitación. En las zonas comunes no hay limpieza, la piscina es la misma zona del restaurante y cuando la gente se va y empiezan las cenas ni recogen. Hay gatos en el hotel que se suben en las hamacas de la piscina. Muy descuidado y no recomendable para pagar 500€ la noche alojamiento y desayuno.

Ya estuvimos en familia hace dos años y nos encanto hemos repetido este julio 2023 cuatro días y como la otra vez está siendo estupendo. Hay que hacer mención a Sotiris el masajista un 10 ya nos habíamos das un masaje con el y este año repetimos. Difícil encontrar uno igual

Hotel bastante confortável e muito bonito. Staff extremamente gentil e atencioso. Possui transfer gratuito para os hóspedes até Fiskardo, no entanto também é possível ir caminhando e leva de 15 a 20 minutos. Bom café da manhã. A prai de Emblisi está a poucos metros do hotel.

What a great place. A 5 star hotel at the tip of the island has everything that you want at a nature resort. Great staff and attending, always attentive and present, excellent rooms, large swimming pools, great drinks, and a super cool restaurant with great wine cart and a beautiful view from the bay. It has a shuttle that drops you at Fiscardo Harbor, which is super handy to visit that part of the isle. Comfy bed, great bathroom, superb view from my room

We enjoyed an excellent stay at The Emmelisse Nature Resort in Kefalonia. The staff in the hotel could not do enough for you, they were so helpful that it made our stay a wonderful experience. The facilities are first class and the Resort is designed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent , and we could enjoy wonderful views over to other islands. The food in the restaurant was excellent too. We would recommend this place to anyone as we had such a wonderful time. We shall certainly return in the future.

What more can we say than this was idyllic from the lovely welcome to the stunning views and the wonderful breakfasts on the terrace. The restaurant was super and we couldn’t have had better service anywhere as the staff were attentive and friendly with nothing too much trouble. The cleaning staff did a super job. Sleeping was easy as the air conditioning was the best we’ve ever experienced both cooling and quiet! The swimming pool overlooked the Ionian Sea with Lefkada in the distance. Fiskardo is near and very walkable although a shuttle is available free from the hotel. This was our second visit and we will be back again.

Absolutely stunning hotel, service & location. Rooms and shared pool was fabulous, bar & restaurants were all gorgeous although wine quite pricey. The harbour at Fiscardo is just beautiful and so clean with great restaurants (shuttle service works a treat if you don’t want to walk which is around 10/15 minutes) The absolute stand out experience was we got to share the speedboat experience with some other guests (so be sure to ask if this is available) the boat was really high end with 5 different cove stops to swim in and lunch at a neighbouring island.. A day I will never forget .. great hotel will certainly be back ..

Non lo consiglio prezzi troppo alti rispetto al servizio pulizia inesistente camera triste e cibo normale. Il resort e' pieno di gatti che girano anche per la piscina e per le cucine mi hanno anche graffiata. L'unica cosa bella e' che affaccia sul mare per il resto bocciato

Wonderful place and we had such an amazing time! The staff were all lovely and very welcoming. Special thank you to Jenny who organised our wedding day at Emelisse. She made sure that our special day was perfect and it was a truly seamless experience :)

Non è solo per la posizione (Fiskardo è la cittadina più bella di Cefalonia); non è solo per la magnifica piscina e le stanze comode e pulite; non è solo per l’atmosfera della cena con le candele e la musica; non è solo per l’eccellente colazione con tanti prodotti locali. È anche per la gentilezza del personale, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Perfetto

Vista linda, parte externa charmosa. O restante é muito ruim. Comida horrível, acomodações ruins, serviço horrível, café da manhã ok, almoço PAVOROSO (juro, péssimo!!!!). As pessoas atendem de forma forcada, com certo desprezo. Não são gentis, e para um hotel 5 estrelas, é o MÍNIMO que se espera. Uma decepção completa, não volto.

A beleza natural é muito bonita, piscina com vista do mar, localização muito próxima ao centro de Fiskardo (3min), mas para por aí. Serviço e comida péssimos, acomodações não são de um hotel 5 estrelas. No conjunto da obra, é um hotel mais para 3 estrelas do que 5. Não voltaremos nunca mais.

It was terrible we had a book for six days. We ended up only staying one night and leaving early. They do not comply with health and safety standards. When we asked for a refund they refused. ********** also did not intervene which made us very unhappy. We lost thousands of pounds and we are not happy.
