貝爾康米連接飯店(Balcomie Links Hotel)

Excellent hôtel, excellente literie, excellente nourriture et surtout excellent accueil. Nous sommes arrivées en vélo avec un gros soucis de perte de bagages et passeport. Suzy, la propriétaire , a été hyper réactive et adorable. Elle nous a sorties d'une grosse galère. Merci merci encore . Nous reviendrons c'est certain. Staff are very pleasant, however the quality of food was shocking. The menu was limited and not good value for money. Birthday celebration was soured by our dining experience.

We got married in Crail in March, and chose the Balcomie for both accommodation for our guests over the weekend, and for an informal "do" on the Friday night in the bar/restaurant. Our guests who stayed spoke highly of the rooms, myself and my wife were deeply appreciative of Matt & Gill's help with organising that for them; furthermore, they and their whole team ensured we had an excellent night on the Friday (and indeed post-wedding on the Saturday!) -- the food was great, and the staff were super patient and friendly. A big thank you to all, and we (and all our guests who were there!) recommend the Balcomie unreservedly -- a top spot :)

We came for the food. We visited the restaurant with a "gluten free" relative and were impressed by the range of food available, the excellent "gluten free batter" on both the garlic mushrooms can the classic fish supper, and the knowledge of the staff about their gluten free and other dietary options.

We came for a family dinner and everything was lovely. The food and service were both fantastic! Thank you to Gillian for everything! Nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend the Balcomie if you are in the area. The bar is well stocked and the cocktails look fantastic too! We are here often and always enjoy our visits! Thank you.

We had a meal at the Baci Italian pop up at the Bal last night. The food was excellent - the Chicken Milanese was really delicious. All in all a great meal and wine for a good price with lovely staff serving. Really hope that they do this pop up again as we will definitely return!

Myself, my partner and my child visited Baci at the Bal on Valentine’s Day and had a lovely evening. The menu was well thought out and delicious, with good options for adults and little ones, I also thought the addition of family style dishes to share was a great touch. The service and the drinks also deserve a special mention, we were made to feel welcome and were relaxed throughout the meal, thank you Gillian and the FOH team. Looking forward to more theme nights at The Bal moving forward, I would thoroughly recommend. Hopefully I will get a chance to revisit over the weekend, as the pop up is still running on Friday and Saturday night and there’s definitely more on the menu that I am dying to try.

Absolutely fantastic evening organised for a 60th birthday party!! Staff put in so much effort to put on a buffet and decorate our event area. Everyone was so lovely and accommodating!! Especially Gillian the general manager, who regularly checked on us to ensure all was well. Plenty of space and help for the performer to set up too! We have also stayed overnight previously and rooms are gorgeous!

I held my partner's surprise birthday party here, and it was outstanding. The pool room had a cosy private room feel. The staff were really child friendly. Even when the lovely Gabby was working really hard getting the food out for everyone. My little one gave her a surprise cuddle, and she was really pleasant about it. Sean was working hard behind the bar and keeping everyone entertained if you like darts. The Balcomie is the place to be. Matt, who was the dj for the disco, was amazing. The perfect mix of 80s/90s music. He kept everyone on their feet. He just knew to play the right music at the time. Would highly recommend him for any event. To say the service we received from Gillian was outstanding is an understatement. She took away all the stress of organising the party. She organised all the decorations and had the room set up beautifully. She thought of every little detail from start to finish. She was very flexible and provided me with so many different options for food and drinks packages. Nothing was too much trouble. Her hard work with organising and running the event on the day really paid off. Her outgoing and warm personality really helped me and everyone who attended the party relax and enjoy ourselves. She made sure the food arrived at the perfect time. Her cocktails went down a treat. The food was amazing, and everyone was talking about how good it was, the perfect amount. James done an amazing job in the kitchen and it didn't go unnoticed. Would highly recommend the Balcomie for any event. I will definitely be back.
