SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Fayetteville

The ship was old once it had been a big ship now it was small it had been overtaking by time, its shower system had sea water which was nice enough to cool off when it was hot. After having a shower, you needed a bucket of fresh water to rinse the salt away if not you would scratch all night have irritated skin For month we did not have a proper wash when our ship docked in Bremerhaven for repairs and we got fresh water found I had an extra pair of socks I didn’t know about it was wonderful having a hot shower I stayed under it til someone complained I was using all the warm water, even today the sense of cleanliness makes me shudder with delight. Whatever I had done in my youth the night before it helped to have a shower and wash the sin away the smell of “life buoy.” the only soap we knew about, made the difference the ****** loved it they knew you were clean ******

Clean place, great staff. Good value.evev had eggs for breakfast, and the coffee was good too.

Non smoking room smelled so strong of smoke so had to move. If someone actually cleaned the rooms that would have been addressed. New room still had faint smell. Ac/heat unit was off do it took a long time to circulate the air. Black mold on bathroom ceiling in shower. Too late to try to find another hotel. Will not return to this location.

Do not book/reserve your room at this hotel, the worst hotel ever! Smell terrible, dirty, not satisfied with the hotel at all. This is the worst hotel of all Best Western hotels that I’ve stayed at. Keep driving and find a better Best Western.

Horrible, filthy, and worst hotel stay ever. Cleanliness of the hotel is an issue. Even the kids felt unsafe and dirty. Won’t stay at this brand ever again. They gave us a new room but it was just as run down and filthy as the first. Needs a ton of work.

The room reeked of cigarettes, but was billed as a non-smoking room. When we asked for a new room we were given the last room available. It also reeked of cigarette smoke. The soap was the size of a communion wafer and there was only one little bottle of shampoo, no conditioner or lotion.
