Tried to change a date that got mixed up in *******, and neither company would help me. This was suppose to be on JULY 24 not April 24 and everyone said they would not help me. I guess this is a one way valve for money flow and service that they did not give, they gave the room away to another customer and doubled the money that day. I will be going to the Hilton in the future... long time customer, it is sad.
