The traffic noise was so loud too loud. I fThere is a constant hum in the room nonstop. we felt like we’re sleeping on the freeway. The refrigerator is what made a constant hum.

we had a very nice room-pretty,clean,quiet-the breakfast was delicious-staff were friendly and helpful. we would stay again when in area.

Our stay was fine once we got there.....but, putting their address into a GPS takes you to a place with absolutely no signal and a closed down road in the pitch black of night which could have ended not so good if we weren't smart people. I would suggest to mention to people to put in the address of the Pilot gas station nextdoor to the hotel as that address worked.

Breakfast was not up to Holiday Inn standards. Bathroom needed a little tlc and not a super clean room!

The service was great, the hotel is clean, but expect traffic noise from the freeway.

We have stayed at this location a number of times as part of a longer trip. The location is good with a good breakfast included. There are restaurants conveniently located nearby. The only problem was the pool was not available during our trip.

Breakfast was wonderful for the room price. Everything hot, restocked before it ran out, staff was great. Comfy bed, good nights sleep

Front wasn’t friendly. Neighbor restaurants were EXTREMELY rude. Hotel wasn’t clean. We didn’t enjoy Santa Rosa overall including the hotel.

Easy access to 40 freeway. Tesla charge on site. Hotel is in good shape and rooms are clean.

Nice place to stay when traveling. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Noisy and unclean. Blood stain and soapy scum (or something else?) on shower curtain. On one of the bed there are lines probably left by kids with pen.

It was fine for a road trip stop. Always hard to find a place for our family if 5. They made it more difficult by not providing sheets and pillows in the room for the sofa pull out bed. I had to go get everything and make the bed. Sometimes I wonder who is paying who?

This appears to be a brand new facility. Every thing felt new and clean. The room was very roomy and had USB charging ports. The TV could had been slighlty larger and the reception wasn’t great. Overall, very pleasant and would definitely stay again!

The front door entrance was littered. The check in was fine. Got to the room and the bed mattresses were so worn out that we couldn’t lay on them without being poked. We asked to change rooms and that was no problem. The first bed I checked was in the same condition as the other rooms two beds. The second bed was fine so we stayed. Went down to swim and the pool water was frigid and the hot tub was broken. Ice machine was broken on our floor so had to go downstairs for ice. Breakfast is normally good at HIE, but… coffee was overly strong, out of 1/2 and 1/2. However, the staff did look for some. No unflavored creamer at all. No oatmeal packets, no biscuits, no bacon and the pancake machine was broken. They did have eggs and two kinds of sausage for hot choices. The cinnamon rolls were good. To tell the truth, the stay was not worth the $205.
