Hotel people do not have sense to serve customers. They kept us on writing for check-in, we waited for more than 2. 30 hrs at reception to checkin, they didn't serve us even a cup of tea. No toiletries were given. When we asked 5 times, then they just gave us a single towel between two people. We asked to serve 2 bottle of water they rejected. Washroom jet was not working, it was a unsatisfactory stau. Not upto level service. We feel, we didn't received the service for which we paid.
