我們受到了非常友好的歡迎。工作人員總是樂於助人，並且對我們的問題提供了豐富的資訊。飯店位置非常方便。許多景點都在步行距離之內。早餐很棒，很豐富。另外推薦的是餐廳的炸肉排。

飯店位置優越，前往火車站和市中心。接待人員非常友好和樂於助人。房間位於樓上，面向街道。有百葉窗和窗簾，我們發現這些都很好，而且戴著耳塞，街道並沒有打擾我們。房間很舒服，床也很好，也不冷。酒吧裡有一位非常友好的調酒師，雞尾酒很棒，坐起來很愉快。我們非常喜歡它。早餐時我們很少被注意到，沒有人問我們任何事情或清理桌子。從廚房出來的一位年輕員工友善地向我們打招呼。與其他四星級飯店相比，早餐相當一般，我們已經看過其他的自助早餐了。麵包和麵包捲不是很好，香腸和起司的選擇還可以，但不是四顆星。但早餐有泡沫之吻，這是不同的，我們認為這是一個很好的改變。總的來說，我們喜歡這家酒店，也許我們會再次預訂。

Vom Empfang bis zum Check out hat alles reibungslos geklappt und der nette zuvorkommende Service an Rezeption, Bar und Frühstücksbereich war toll. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet und vernünftig groß, mir fehlt aber Wasserkocher oder Kaffeekapselmaschiene und Minibar. Die Tiefgarage zu 18 Euro pro Nacht war nur mit angehaltenem Atem zu befahren und eine echte Herausforderung für den großen 13jährigen Benz meiner Eltern. Bei einem Notfall war uns die nette Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption eine Riesige Hilfe, hierfür noch mal ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Marienbad nach Berlin 2 Nächte im Hotel. Gebucht hatten wir ein DZ mit Frühstück und haben 180 € gezahlt. Die Lage am Bahnhof war gewollt gewählt, da wir das dortige Parkhaus (7 €/Tag) genutzt haben. Das Zimmer sowie das Bad haben uns gut gefallen. Die Damen an der Rezeption und im Service waren allesamt sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Angebot zum Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig. Leider hat mich das Brotangebot enttäuscht. Beide Laibe waren sehr trocken und ich brauchte viel Butter und Belag, um es zu essen und die Brötchen sind eher was für einen kleinen Snack. Vielleicht waren wir aber auch von dem Marienbader Hotel verwöhnt, in dem das Brot jeden Morgen frisch gebacken wurde. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden da Hotel wieder buchen.

Top Hotel in Leipziger Innenstadt. Überaus nettes Personal kennzeichnet dieses Lokal! Die Zimmer haben eine besondere Atmosphäre,. Frühstück sehr gut und auch die Bar wusste zu gefallen! Wir kommen wieder!

In Victor's Residenz-Hotel Leipzig bin ich bereits mehre Male gewesen, dass Hotel ist mir daher bekannt. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, genau neben dem Hauptbahnhof und in direkter Nähe zum Innenstadt-Zentrum, mehrere Straßenbahnlinien sind vor dem Hotel erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel und gemütlich. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr leise, nur der Straßenlärm der Hauptstraßenkreuzung unmittelbar vor dem Hotel hört man tagsüber durch die geschlossenen Fenster deutlich, was jedoch in der Nacht nur noch gering ist. Es fehlt eine Kühlmöglichkeit für Getränke (z.B. Minibar) im Zimmer während der Sommerzeit. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilft gerne weiter. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist schmackhaft und ausreichend. Insgesamt betrachtet kann man sich in diesem Hotel wohlfühlen.

Always stay at this hotel in Leipzig, staff friendly, great location, for centre and for football matches, hotel eco friendly and very clean, added bonus of a car park however I feel this is a little expensive and the bar is very good but needs to stay open a little longer, however would stay here again though

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Only drawback was lack of air conditioning during very hot weather.

The Hotel is in walking distance from Leipzig Main Train Station. My Brother and I visited Leipzig with our elderly Father who cannot walk very far anymore. The Standard rooms in the historic Building were lovely, Dinner at the Hotel Restaurant was good, Restaurant and Bar staff very friendly and attentive. The Breakfast Buffet is wonderful. Our problem was that it was not clearly communicated to us that there was no Parking facility at all to Set down a Hotel Guest who cannot walk very well. We were informed that the Hotel had a small private car park but that parking spaces could not be booked in advance. When we turned up the Hotel had no Car parking spots and we could not even set down our Father in front of the Hotel as there is major traffic around the Hotel and no possibility to stop at all. So, we were informed to park at the public Parking facility at the Train Station and to walk over to the Hotel. This is too far distance for anyone who cannot walk very well and with luggage! So, anyone with walking difficulties please note you can NOT park close to the Hotel not even for Drop off.and you can NOT reserve a Hotel Car parking spot. Other then that, the Hotel is fine but we were really annoyed and stressed out by the situation upon our arrival. Reception staff should have informed us better, was also not very helpful with making suggestions for Dinner at local Restaurants.

What a fabulous hotel 10 minutes from centre of town and 45 minutes to RB Leipzig arena, hotel spotless, very comfortable room and bed, good breakfast, only little drawback is the room keys, I'm all for green technology buy when you cannot get in your room at 1am not too good All in all though would highly recommend and would stay again

Good location and quiet room. The receptionist was completely absent when I arrived. She couldn't find tmy reservation, but gave me the information of two other people. Then she said that the reservation has been canceled until she finally found there. The hotel's services were very limited and in the evenings you could only get heated ready meals like pizza from freezer. The room is really warm and the bed had plastic under sheets, which made sleeping really sweaty.

The location is perfect right next to the main station. My room had a small balcony and an excellent view. The location does produce noise due to the trains but with some ear plugs I slept very well. Breakfast is fantastic.
