法戈希爾頓花園旅館(Hilton Garden Inn Fargo)

Great place, great room. Amazing breakfast, but not included. I’ve been a Hilton garden inn customer since a month in Hong Kong and a week in nyc in 2019.

Excellent room, Hilton is always the best! I travel for my business and there’s no better place to stay!

When we checked into our first room, there were dirty clothes on the floor in the middle of the room. I am not sure how this is even possible if the room was cleaned. They apologized and gave us another room. Second room was ok, but bed was extremely uncomfortable(hard and noisy). Room was extremely dated and all the furniture was uncomfortable.

I checked in around 8:30 pm and when I entered the room it was freezing - spent the next hour waiting for heat - called desk person cam up and said I had setting wrong - didn't touch it. It clicked on and ran for a minute and clicked off again - wearing my winter coat - called again to have them look at it not its about 11 and finally clicked on so by 1 am I could finally take the coat off. 2nd day left room at 6am returned at 11:33pm - nothing was cleaned, refreshed called and ask and the girt said some policy was on desk counter and the abruptly hung up. not impressed. My bill was the same for both nights even though my room was not attended to the secound night - how is this right?

Horrible check in experience. *******'s virtual card (how they pay hotels) was declined. I had already fully paid ******* but the hotel called me and told me that my reservation was null because my card was declined. That made no sense as I had already paid *******. Several phone calls between the hotel and ******* and the issue was resolved, but not before ruining the day. I was in Fargo for a football game and had to stand outside of the stadium on phone calls (missing the festivities) because of an error in *******'s end as well as the hotel's end for blaming me for *******'s virtual card declining. Needless to say, it made my weekend getaway less than par.

Shower drain was plugged. 1 inch of water all over bathroom into corner of toilet. Not what you would expect from a “Hilton” property. Also, not sure why I was given a handicap room.

For the cost of the room, they werent very nice and there was no breakfest provided. A shuttle was suposed to be provided for the wedding we were attending and were never provided any information

The staff was friendly, thank you! There was not anything impressive with the restaurant but the food tasted OK. The one thing that bothered us were the bed sheets. They had kind of an odd smell and the sheets were just strewn on the bed, very wrinkled as were the pillow cases. This was definitely disappointing for the cost of the room.

We werent there long but it was nice staff were friendly and central location made it easy to get around town.
