"Only plus was the pool and hot tub were in working order. Our room didn’t have one of the safety locks so ended up making something myself to lock up while traveling with young children. Breakfast had very thin batter for waffles so it was just the crust, 2 cereals and some bread items for the toaster oven. Coffee tasted good tho."

"It was already 11pm when we arrived at the hotel, and the front desk was very nice and checked us in quickly. We booked a king bed with a sofa bed. I opened the sofa bed and it was probably not used. It was very dirty, so I didn't use it. The next morning, maybe we woke up late, so there was not much choice for breakfast. But the mint tea bags are delicious."

"當我們到達酒店時,裏面發生了很多建築,沒有人解決。沒有人說,對不起混亂或破壞。在某個時刻,牀完全從正在做的工作中震動。然後,廁所堵塞了。我們打下來,他們說沒有維修人員值班,但他們給我帶了柱塞...即使堵塞清理了,馬桶也衝不妥,最後下到辦公桌看看下一步怎麼辦。前台姑娘說可以叫隔壁維修小夥來,也可以換房間,我說如果他來得快,我們就留房間那個人來了,能夠糾正廁所問題,我們沒有進一步的問題。最後,孩子們很興奮去游泳,但熱水浴缸是空的。游泳池太冷了,孩子們在裏面呆了幾分鐘,但不能呆,因爲水太冷了,氯很高,以至於它燒了眼睛,就在房間裏。早上能吃飽早餐滿足我們,但還是被大堂的施工阻礙了。智選假日酒店不是一個壞地方,當一切都在工作時可能會更好,但我們不是那種住宿的接收者。"
