法努撒飯店

L'anno scorso siamo state in questo posto... Erano organizzati un po male ma tutto sommato ci siamo trovate bene, camere pulite e soggiorno piacevole, tanto da ritornarci quest'anno ma...nulla come prima. Organizzazione inesistente , siamo arrivate alle 15.00 e la camera non era pronta, abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora. Alle 16.00 entriamo in camera e sento una puzza terribile...Apro l'armadio e mi cade un pezzo di legno nel piede... C'erano peli e formiche ovunque (queste ultime anche sul letto) ... avviso la reception e mi danno uno spray insetticida 😒 Alle 23.30 andiamo in paese a prendere 2 arancini torniamo in camera,li poggiamo sul tavolo il tempo di una doccia e le formiche arrivano negli arancini (ancora chiusi) . Vado alla reception di nuovo trovo la guardia ,mi faccio dare scopa e paletta per pulire la camera e (2 gelati per cenare )... In bagno sotto il bidet c'era un rotolo di carta igienica finito, ciò mi fa capire che la stanza prima del nostro arrivo non è stata nemmeno spazzata. L'indomani mi fanno pulire la stanza nuovamente per rimediare ma con scarsi risultati.. Abbiamo chiesto di parlare con il proprietario ma ci è stato detto che non poteva venire quel giorno. Piscina e prato abbastanza puliti,colazione buona. Ps: per il disagio avuto non ci hanno fatto pagare i 35 euro extra per la pulizia del cane , anche perchè la camera l'avevo pulita io a mezzanotte 😅... Posto consigliato solo per 1 giornata in piscina senza pernottamento.

Excellent location in the heart of Ortigia. We spent a great time, btwen the 31rd december 2023 and the 1st January, 2024 in the new area of the building, called ”The Museum” dedicated to the movies's history and its icones. the bedrooms are simply wonderful, never seen anything similar. silence, courtesy and a very goodd breakfast completed this perfect place.

Spotless, comfortable and staffed by the kindest people in Siracusa. A lovely view from the roof, where breakfast was served daily. A short walk to Ortega in one direction and to the Tomb of Archimedes in another.

After reading some of the reviews, I was a little worried about what the experience would be like. However, from the arrival, the staff were friendly and professional as well as being efficient. The rooms we had (three couples) were in the modern part of the hotel, overlooking the golf course with the pool to the front. They were all clean and well appointed with most things you'd need for a few days break. The service for the one dinner we had was great (especially the restaurant manager (Marco?) in a busy and pretty dining room, the food was good, not great but good and reasonably priced. Breakfasts were good with a good variety but I would agree with some of the other comments that freshly pressed orange juice would have been good to have. Lunch near the club house was nice but as many people finished playing gold at a similar time it could get busy and the service was sometimes a bit hit and miss but as the staff were friendly we found it more amusing that irritating. There was one waitress who looked very stressed and needed to smile a bit more! The pool which we though would be closed was actually open and we were able to swim along with quite a few others, it was missing a lifeguard which we were told about but that was not a problem (a bit chilly in October).The pool and surrounding area was lovely and well set out. Pool bar was shut as it was out of season. I has a massage which was excellent and reasonable priced however, the actual spa needs a bit of an update and was quite damp in places. Unfortunately the Turkish bath did not have heating (broken) but looked lovely. Overall, beautiful building and grounds (don't play golf so can't comment on the course but those that did thought it was ok), in a peaceful and tranquil position-bit expensive if you want to go to Syracuse (recommended) but then we knew it was roughly 20 minutes away (taxi for 6 was 60 euros). Staff were great and I'm glad we spent a long weekend there.

Non siamo avvezzi alle recensioni ma questa era d'obbligo. Abbiamo celebrato e festeggiato il nostro matrimonio presso il Grand Hotel Villa Politi. La giornata è stata impeccabile oltre ogni desiderio, il banchetto un successo. I nostri ringraziamenti vanno allo chef, al personale di cucina e sala, al maitre, alla proprietà e alla direzione ma più che per il meraviglioso evento per la gentilezza e pazienza impiegate nell'aiutarci ad organizzarlo. La cura e l'attenzione al cliente sono l'elemento che per noi fa la differenza e il dott. Cannizzaro e il sig. Russo ci hanno accompagnati passo passo con impegno e dedizione.Le camere pulite ed eleganti e il personale in reception pronto ad accogliere le richieste più varie. Dire che lo consiglieremmo è riduttivo, a dir poco: 6 stelle!

We had a great stay once again for our wedding anniversary, the 1st time was in 2019 when we stayed a night after getting married. So it was great to relive this experience. The staff is very kind and helpful, food excellent, but most of all we enjoyed the spa. We saw the difference in how it was before and how it is now, and all i can day is wow, especially the salt cave. The improvements and upkeep of the spa is incredible. Great job to all of you.

Travelling on a ten day holiday Sicily jewel of the Mediterranean with Titan Travel flying from Gatwick airport to Catania were we where met by our guide Denise and driver Claudio and taken to the Eureka Palace hotel for a three nights stay. Being a solo traveler the room is very important my room was spacious, comfortable and I had a lovely balcony which looked out onto a racecourse which was very interesting watching the horses in training with riders or buggies each morning, we were a group of 40 travellers the evening meal’s were set menu but the food not very good, the breakfasts were excellent buffet style you could choose what to eat plenty of choices, the staff were very friendly and helpful but they did seem to be rushing around covering other areas of the hotel. During our stay we visited Syracuse, Ortigia, Noto, Ragusa, Modica. On departure from the hotel I paid my hotel room tax at reception, staff were very friendly and helpful I enjoyed my stay.

步行至古城10分鐘路程，酒店是傳統4星級酒店，很安全，房間也很大，該有的都有。 停車不方便，要在周邊方圓1公裏內自己尋找，一定要停在白色停車位裏面，其他地方小心被貼條。 前台很冷漠。

The farm is magical - fields of lemon trees. Lovely stone buildings, gardens, a beautiful dining room and delicious breakfasts . Freshly squeezed orange juice and strong espresso . Kiko provided a tour of the Greek archeological remains on the property . Both he and Tamara are just so warm and welcoming with jovial natures . The property is next to a natural reserve and you can walk along a trail of papyrus. It’s an oasis of nature, away from the noise of cities. The property is very large a walking tour will find you watching roosters, chickens , goats and a horse. Villa dei Papiri was a highlight of our trip in Sicily . Easy access to Siracusa .
