紐約親子旅遊

酒店位置非常不錯，法式裝修營造了非常豪華、舒適的居住環境。但房間隔音效果不好。。一樓的餐廳雖然不是米其林推薦之類的，但菜品、服務非常好。 🔔服務：前台服務真對不起所謂的萬豪旗下奢侈一線品牌，入住花了半個小時，大堂也不大，就兩把椅子，所以站了半小時，感覺相當不好。離店更可笑了，黑哥哥，看了二十分鐘電腦，收了三天的城市税，可是大哥！我衹住了二天呀，得虧前台有個華人員工，溝通解決了。 下次應該不會再住了。

酒店位置不錯，雖然在CBD，但是不在主路，靠近哈德遜河邊，晚上夜景很美，坐在河邊看看夜景，看看夜跑餓人們，發發呆也不錯，距離自由女神乘船點比較近，到時代廣場需要坐地鐵，快線也就3站，到了時代廣場慶幸更換到了現在的酒店，時代廣場適合遊覽，不適合住，太嘈雜喧鬧，酒店整體很棒，住曼哈頓島上是不錯的選擇，就是周邊停車費太貴，一天60刀，下次到紐約來玩會選擇這個酒店！

位置很方便，早餐很好

環境：雖然酒店有年頭了，但是打掃的比較乾淨，地理位置很好，樓下就是中央公園。 服務：服務員都非常友好，比較熱情，感覺他們工作狀態很積極，都會主動打招呼。還給我們送了一瓶trump的香檳，非常好喝 設施：樓下是健身房和游泳池，很不錯 人少，一樓旁邊就是米其林jean georges，酒店前台可以幫助預約

出差美國，其中一站到了紐約，住在皇后區法拉盛，最方便的地點是萬麗酒店。離拉瓜迪亞機場比較近，離肯尼迪機場稍遠一點，門外周邊有大量的中式餐飲選擇。酒店前台在12樓，餐廳在11樓，幾部電梯到達不同的樓層，需要留意。房間不大，但功能齊全，住得比較省心。某一天忽然火警大作，前台打聽了一下，説是測試，這個説法有點扯。總的來説，是一家比較方便實惠的酒店。

I’ll start with the positive… Check in was easy and the room was a very generous size for the city. It kind of ends there. It was a tough choice to decide between luxe hotel properties in NYC. I settled on the Mandarin because of my extraordinary experience in London. Maybe the bar was set too high by Hyde Park. We got in to the room and felt like a quick coffee before heading out. No coffee setup? We called down and were told it could be provided - on demand?! Really?? Soon enough a Nespresso setup was delivered. How many people opt out of coffee? Maybe that’s just me. Next, showed up for lunch in the bar (I think there is only the one dining option). There wasn’t anyone at the host’s station so we grabbed a seat. Soon enough someone awkwardly asked us to vacate the “reserved” seats and they would check to see if they could accommodate us at another table. Eventually we were reseated. Service was lagging and food was overpriced (as can be expected at an establishment like this). Hotel decor and interiors were all just average. Nothing felt like a wow. No part of the experience felt like it justified the price tag - especially when there is so much competition in this city. My stay at The NYC Edition in March (for roughly half the cost) far outperformed this experience. The Mandarin can do much better than this.

Booked a room with a balcony because I smoke, this room had two balconies and a living room. 3rd (and final) night at 11 pm - two staff just used their master key to walk into my suite, past the living room and onto the bedroom balcony to summon me downstairs for a 500 dollar smoking fine! This was given to me by their manager, and one of the two that walked into my room - they needed two people present at all times for these tasks. I didnt make a fuss, even though i only smoked on my balcony. Further, I found out that my key card was deactivated - while I left the room with all my belongings still inside. So they graciously made me new ones. Imagine that dear reader...they just walked in, looked at my belongings, pointed at things on the table - and summoned me. They have my mobile number, email, and room number. Thete is NO excuse for the disrespectful intrusion that I can think of.

總體還是挺好滴 設施：床超級大 衞生：挺乾淨的 環境：邊上有個施工的地方 但關上窗是聽不到的 服務：服務挺好的 但是去的時候説拖鞋斷貨了 樓下sweet green蠻好吃

我的未婚夫和我在這裏住了三個晚上,肯定會再來的。位置超級方便,位於市中心,離中央車站只有幾個街區,但也感覺很舒適,在一條不太繁忙的街道上。前台工作人員非常樂於助人,友好和專業,在處理其他許多客人時。當我們提出要求時,他們迅速而輕鬆地解決了問題。退房也是微風。我們的大牀房很緊湊(如預期的那樣),非常舒適。我們發現它整潔,乾淨,適合我們需要的東西。現代工業外觀適合我們的喜好。牀很棒,讓我們倆都睡得很好。酒店大堂/酒吧周圍有額外的審美情趣,那裏的人可以自由閒逛/工作,屋頂的美景給我們的整體體驗增添了額外的價值

Stayed here from 6/26/23 till 6/29/22 first day was not I expect it room 1703 was too small for us 3 people but thanks to the amazing JENNY LEU at the front desk she made everything amazing turned a bad start to a happy ending of a short trip thank u Jenny
