I love they offer free breakfast, complementary good coffe and water, I really love to stay in this location

Location is great. Right next to wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a great splash pad in the same area for kids to enjoy. Beds were comfortable and hotel was clean. Only downside was the breakfast, it was slim pickings and the breakfast muffin i did have was hard as a rock and looked like it was old. That was a bummer. Otherwise id stay again just for the location.

Great property, parking is a distant away, the pet fee is ridiculous I have stayed at many Home 2 Suites before and was charged $50 for 2 small dogs this Home 2 Suites tried to charge us $150, my wife complained and they dropped it to $100 will not be staying here again

The worst .. In the front desk they gave us the wrong rooms .!! They end up waking us at 1:30 am just to do a confirmation of rooms something that we feel they could wait till the morning to do that ,plus the host came in on one of the room without and after she realized that we where in there she went outside and decided to Nick the door

My kids and husband went to swim in the pool and found vomit on the floor. They went to tell the receptionist but she said there was no one there to clean it up as the housekeeping staff had already gone home. My husband then asked who was supposed to clean it up. The receptionist then raised her voice and said it wasnt her job. So my husband returned her tone and energy by raising his voice about the uncleanliness of just leaving vomit on the floor. She apparently wasn't fond of that so she called the cops. Even thougb the police understood and sided with us, we were escorted of the property at 8 pm.

Overcharged by $62, clerk unable to help or correct, refused to look into it. No coffee available after waiting almost an hour (7am - 8am) Breakfast food was not at all fresh, old stale, cheese dark and cracked, missing items (waffle irons on, no batter or syrup?)

Great location and facilities at every level. The staff was so courteous and accommodating. I will stay here again!

The pool was freezing, sadly was the only reason I choose this property over others bc it was indoors, just too cold

The hotel is located in a convenient central location with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. The property itself is clean, bright and well maintained. I only wish the pool was a little warmer, but that's very minor.
