The open concept Indoor Space is the perfect setting for fun conversation and entertainment, while the kitchen is stacked and ready for your inner culinary self to let loose (air fryer, rice cooker, crockpot, insta-pot, and more)…or just a frozen pizza, no judgement! The Master features a King Size bed, and super comfy Queen beds in two of the other rooms- plus you'll be surprised at the level of comfort in the queen sized pull out sofa in 4th bedroom/game room. The Game Room includes a skee ball machine, X-box, several board games, cards, Blu-ray player with DVDs/Blu-rays—basically all the things you need for fun relaxing weekend. Feeling like you'd rather have some quiet time? Kitchen items are labeled for placement- please return them to their proper place. If you leave behind any glitter or decorations, we will have to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee. All trash must be thrown away in a trash bag and tied properly and placed in the trash bin. Any loose trash will also be charged for clean up. No smoking inside the house! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found. Keep the noise level down especially after 10PM and respect my lovely neighbors. There is a $250 Disturbance fee if we get a noise complaint. For guest's safety, we do not allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities. We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders coming in. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee. At this time, we are not accepting pets. Due to allergies, we can not accept cats. It does not cover loss or damages due to: Intentional acts or gross negligence has the sole right and discretion of determining an intentional vs unintentional damage; Normal wear and tear of the real or personal property; Any damage that occurs if you are in violation of the rental agreement or house rules; . Loss, theft or damage caused by any person other than the Guest or Guest's visitors.
