奧羅拉別墅(Aurora Villa)

這棟房子地理位置優越，位於費爾班克斯和切納溫泉之間。那裡的景色令人驚嘆，令人嘆為觀止。由於陰天，我們沒有那麼幸運看到極光，但我仍然不後悔預訂了那個地方。它有點貴，但絕對值得。 它確實有很多規則，但我知道他們希望保持乾淨和安靜。

No le dan buen mantenimiento en las habitaciones, algunos empleados del mostrador no son cordiales, y no muestran interés por resolver dificultades y tiene que uno esperar a que aparezcan por su lugar de trabajo, por razones de trabajo y conveniencia a mi tiempo y las distancia he seleccionado en varias ocasiones el hotel, pero ya me deja mucho que pensar regresar y no recomendar el lugar.

Bathroom floor was dirty, but staff did come clean it. Was told elevator wasn’t working and my mother was in a wheelchair and can not walk. We were given a room on the 3rd floor. Go figure!! They did have the elevator fixed when I returned 4 hours later. No hot water for a shower!!! Let water run at least 15 minutes. Kitchen area very out dated and the list goes on and on. Outlet did not have a cover on it. Staff was very friendly and for a two night stay they gave us a $16.00 credit. WOW!!!

General: we had 2 rooms in which we had 3 occupants, came from out of state for a wedding. There is a sign inside the room that says if you want housekeeping service, let front desk know by 11am. Negative: knowing most places are still struggling eith staffing issues and to reduce the burden on resources, we all used towels for 2 days (2x a day each). Morning of day 3, by 11am we asked lady at front desk to have housekeeping service (on one room only) amd asked for towels. Her response "I will ask housekeeping IF they can, if not then next available day will be Wed (we asked Monday and have been tjwre since Sat). I again verified what the room sign said, that we each used towel 4x now and she said same thing but that will bring up towels. I just looked at her and finally left. At 10:30pm that night we returned to a room not touches and no clean towels. TV would randomly turn on in middle of night when remote is far on table when everyone is sleeping. Also when you switch channels, you have times that channel changes bit the sound continues from previous show. Our other room's pullout couch had a broken leg so you had to put bunch of pillows under to prop up in order for person sleeping there not to slide off. Getting on elevator Mon am, I almost ran straight into ladder while tripping over drill on the ground. There were no signs about work being done and it was just leftm as elevator made it to 1st floor & doors opened, there were construction tools immediately in path

The facility and location is beautiful. Unfortunately that’s the only good thing to say. This place is priced and advertised as a high end hotel, but there are literally NO staff there. You check yourself in, handle your own bags, they don’t clean your room. They give you a few crummy snacks in your room that never get replenished and that’s the extent of the food within 20 minutes. It’s honestly just a hostel priced like a high end hotel. Which would be fine if it were advertised as such and priced appropriately. Overall very very disappointed with the experience.

The rooms (king suite) were quite large. We had a third person staying with us on a fold-out sofa bed. Comfortable but we had to ask for a blanket and pillow. Sheets were in the closet. Rooms were quite austere, but good blackout shades. Breakfast is typical with you-make waffles, etc. Nothing else hot.

I liked the location and breakfast. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen. The corners in the bedroom and the bathroom were dirty and they have no closets to hang clothes. We are next to the stairwell and every time the door would close our door would rattle at all hours of the day. I mentioned it to the front desk but it never got fixed. The tv in the living room kept going out.
