General: we had 2 rooms in which we had 3 occupants, came from out of state for a wedding. There is a sign inside the room that says if you want housekeeping service, let front desk know by 11am.
Negative: knowing most places are still struggling eith staffing issues and to reduce the burden on resources, we all used towels for 2 days (2x a day each). Morning of day 3, by 11am we asked lady at front desk to have housekeeping service (on one room only) amd asked for towels. Her response "I will ask housekeeping IF they can, if not then next available day will be Wed (we asked Monday and have been tjwre since Sat). I again verified what the room sign said, that we each used towel 4x now and she said same thing but that will bring up towels. I just looked at her and finally left. At 10:30pm that night we returned to a room not touches and no clean towels.
TV would randomly turn on in middle of night when remote is far on table when everyone is sleeping. Also when you switch channels, you have times that channel changes bit the sound continues from previous show.
Our other room's pullout couch had a broken leg so you had to put bunch of pillows under to prop up in order for person sleeping there not to slide off.
Getting on elevator Mon am, I almost ran straight into ladder while tripping over drill on the ground. There were no signs about work being done and it was just leftm as elevator made it to 1st floor & doors opened, there were construction tools immediately in path
