리노베이션완료된 방에서 지냈는데 모든것이 대만족이었어요. 호텔위치는 다운타운에 있어 쇼핑.음식점.관광안내소등 접근성이 최고입니다. 패어뱅크스에서 동서남북어디든 쉽게 하이웨이로빠져나갈수있어요.

We had booked a hotel room, but when we checked in at the hotel, they changed our room from queen size bed to king size without consent. The guest experience was terrible, this happened during Thanksgiving. However, their manager felt that this was not their responsibility, which was ridiculous. Our travel company would not book this hotel next time, as it had no credibility.

It’s a very busy hotel, even as tourist season is winding down. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes to get checked in. There are many places within walking distance which is nice, because parking is difficult and not easily found. The hotel breakfast seemed nice, but even first thing it was too crowed to eat there. The room was average and for the money you pay to stay here, I expected a little more.

We chose this hotel because of its central location and good amenities. It did not disappoint us. The breakfast was good, the pool and hot tub were nice. Staff was friendly, and the place was clean. We used the shuttle for both the airport and train depot. Very convenient!

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and the restaurant food was great. I really enjoy my stay there.

Loved staying here it was centrally located to all we were doing in Fairbanks.The room was very spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable, and the staff was always helpful.

I loved everything about my stay here, especially the added security. Everywhere in the hotel I went was clean and smelled nice. The staff I met was all very polite and helpful and our check-in was really easy and didn't take that long at all. My kids really enjoyed the room and especially all the streaming services that were available right on the room T.V. Ecofriendliness was every evident everywhere on the property and I really appreciated it. I will stay here again and I will suggest this Hotel to my friends.

The staff, although, understaffed, was amazing. Informative. Helpful and Friendly. Did not have a view but it overlooked rustic street behind the complex. Gym, pool and breathing clean well stocked and inviting. Love the restaurant- the cuisine was delicious. Thank you for making my birthday celebration the best.
