It was very dirty! The rug was stained, food on the pullout bed, hair on blankets and pillows. Fridge needed to be cleaned. The microwave really needed to be cleaned. Gross stuff stuck near TV. The TV was in a weird place. Wish it was on the wall. Didn’t care for the layout. Luckily I brought Lysol spray and bleach to clean everything. The pool was shaped as a body part that was cold and dirty as well. The bathrooms near the pool were very dirty. The workout area looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The water cooler was leaking on cords. The hotel really needs to hire more people or retrain on how to clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful from check in to check out. They helped us to find dinner options while we were out there. They also were willing to help with whatever we needed to make sure our stay was the most enjoyable. The rooms were very large and accommodated the 5 of us. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for two nights and payed a very high rate, unfortunately that was the rate if we wanted to stay at the same place as our group. At check in it was explained that our stay was too short for housekeeping, but if we needed fresh towels or anything else just ask. On our 2nd night we requested towels as ours had been used and dirtied. The front desk told us they didn’t have any as other guests used more than their share. They had no plan to solve the problem and made zero effort to run some loads of laundry. The hotel knew they were at capacity and knew when they were running low on towels. It wasn’t until we voiced our complaint to a manager that fresh towels magically appeared 20 min later.

Our room was dusty the headboards, the glass doors were dirty. The comforter on one of the beds was filthy stains all over. Went asked housekeeping could we get another one and she stated that she didn’t have another one to give us. So went went downstairs to the front desk and the person working search for us another comforter and he was great he left us a better one in our room. But that was disturbing how filthy the comforter was.

The employees/service- very good. The price, accommodations, and breakfast- great value. Our room unfortunately smelled quite bad. The bathroom curtains had a mildew smell, the anti-slip *****s on the bathtub were worn out, and my elderly mother fell and was injured. That should be fixed so it doesn’t happen to another guest.

Spent 4 days at the SpringHill suits and the hotel was nice, staff were very friendly. However, during our stay we never had our room serviced. I would have thought they would come at least once to refresh our towels or replace the toilet paper. I had to chase down a house keeper to get toilet paper and towels. For the price it wasn’t what I expected.
