Terrible service

I looked online at a lot of hotels. Two others that I considered did not have carpeted rooms , but instead, hard floors . Sorry, but in what is essentially a bedroom and when tired from traveling or visiting, I want a warm and friendly feeling ! So I chose the Delta hotel. The staff were so very friendly and kind . The interior is in soft greys. The rooms are extremely clean and yes, have nice carpeting for bare feet to walk on . I like that they have a restaurant and bar in the hotel. You do have to pay for the buffet or breakfast and to park your car , so be aware. I thought about that and decided it was worth it . The location literally puts you on I5 in about one block. No, I did not notice traffic noise. I did not see any homeless people hanging around the hotel . Parking is on the hotel property and somewhat secured by some walls and with camera systems . You can also park under the hotel for a bit more cost , if you are concerned. I felt safe and my car was reasonably protected. Yes, I will stay here again .

Placing 3 towels in a 2 queen room makes no sense. Then calling down to front desk to request additional towels and then not receiving them (after being told they would send someone up) is ridiculous. The following morning to be woken by the fire alarm and then told I would need to wait for a half an hour till the laundry person was on shift to acquire 1 additional towel… brutal. This is hotel not a stay at someone’s house.. for the record, I indicated 4 would reside in my room.. why deliver only three towels?? Not acceptable.

Pool was great! Wish the hot tub was fixed so we could use it. Amazing gym! Really great amenities here. Bed was super comfortable and room was cozy. Had a pack and play for the baby - room service delivered a new one when we thought it was broken, but she fixed it and set it up along with supplying a crib sheet and a baby blanket. Overall amazing experience. Staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd time staying here and will definitely continue to come back.

The rooms have been well done. Everything is clean, useful, very nicely remodeled, and maintained. The shower was very nice. Bed was clean and very comfortable. We also appreciated the motion-activated nightlight in the bathroom. Would recommend staying here.

I booked through *******, check in was quick, staff was pleasant, I love the location, it was close to the freeway, literally minutes away! The weekend buffet breakfast was AMAZING! Plenty of parking, the room was VERY clean, perfect size, comfortable beds. My family and I REALLY enjoyed our stay, anytime I need to stay overnigt in Everett, ill be staying at the Delta. That was my first time staying at Delta hotel! I really enjoyed my stay! Thank you Delta!

Beautiful lobby and hallways. The rooms had what appeared to be coffee stains in the carpet and comforters that were old. In the Light, you could see where the down was starting to gray which always makes me uncomfortable.
