厄爾藍宮飯店-羅萊夏朵(Heure Bleue Palais)

Une très belle bâtisse, parfaitement bien placée. Néanmoins, pour moi, cela manque de modernité (confort des chambres à revoir, notamment la taille des lit ou même l’équipement en général, inadmissible de ne pas avoir de climatisation). Ayant séjourné dans plusieurs relais et château à travers le monde, c’est celui que j’ai le moins aimé. La diversité du petit déjeuner laisse elle aussi à désirer. Alors oui, il est effectivement moins onéreux que certains établissements relais et châteaux, mais maintenant je sais pourquoi.

Lovely staff and hotel but if you want peace there isn’t any . It’s sooooo noisy ALL the time . I gave it a 4 but would probably do 3.5 based on that . Staff were fantastic . Food was great . Pool area a bit flat lacking a**osphere but it was so windy and chilly anyway . So if you’re not noise sensitive go for it !

家族３人で２部屋で２泊。モロカンデザインの部屋は狭いがシックですべてがそろっている。シャワーの水圧低し。スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしい。日本に２回行った事があるディレクターのエリックさんが迎えてくれた。館内のフレンチレストランで夕食を摂ったがこちらも美味しかったです。ホテル名はフランス語だが英国の匂いがする美しいリアドであった。屋上プールで泳げたかったが気温が低すぎた。朝食のバラエテはもっとあった方が良い。

We did a tour of Morocco. We stayed in many remarkable places. You should read the entire sequence of our reviews. We got amazing service at every accommodation we stayed at in Morocco. A unique Hotel on our Moroccan tour. It was the least expensive hotel we stayed in. But once again, by world standards it is a TripAdvisor 5 star. It is in a fishing village. It was the best room, in the best hotel in the village. Nonetheless, by Morocco standards, it was the humblest room we stayed in. But it is at least as good as any other suite you have stayed in.

Absolutely perfect. Stunning. The location, the settings, the elegant classy luxurious interior decor, the calm, the personnel, the food, the service, the boutique shop, the magnificent suite, the rooftop pool and restaurant and especially the Director who took time to communicate with his guests ...... It was such a pleasure and joy to stay in this Riad for 2 nights. Wonderful unforgettable souvenir. Thank you to the kind efficient staff and to Mr Molle, the Director for allowing us to have such a gorgeous stay.

We stayed for one night but should have booked for more nights. Essaouira is a lovely place but le Palais l’heure bleue makes it magical. We were treated so well by everyone on staff. It is quiet, beautiful and very well located. Would love to come back.

Avoid rooms near the Medina entrance if you’re a lite sleeper or enjoy the view and use white noise. Rooms are lavish and well stocked, mine had a tub and shower, views onto courtyard are beautiful, musicians in courtyard and restaurant. The terrace has a variety of seating (covered and not), nice pool. Be prepared for alot of wind, so close to the shore. Friendly staff, many know English well enough, some are fluent. Nous recommandons l'heure bleue qui est un véritable cocon chaleureux et accueillant à l'entrée de la médina. Le personnel est attentionné et à notre écoute pour nous permettre de passer un agréable séjour dans cette belle maison. Il faut également mentionner l'écoute et la gentillesse du directeur de l'établissement qui n'hésite pas à passer du temps avec ses clients pour expliquer notamment l'histoire de cette demeure. N'hésitez pas à franchir le pas de la porte de cet établissement.

L’heure bleue est L’hôtel où il faut aller à essaouira. Tout y est parfait : de l’accueil aux chambres. Le personnel est aux petits soins H24, en pensant pas le spa et le hammam, le restaurant, la piscine sur le rooftop tout est fait pour s’y sentir bien et y rester. « Mais il faut savoir aussi partir pour revenir ». Merci à toute l’équipe et au manager de cet endroit d’exception.
