The stay was good. The room just needed more natural air! But overall, customer service was great.

It was so nice to have a stay at Airport side hotel.

Wuseliges, familiengeführtes Hotel . Afrikachaos pur bei Ankunft. Zimmer problemlos getauscht (immerhin). Schwer einzuschätzen: das Restaurant ist Mamas Wohnzimmer...oder Küche... oder beides ..keine Kosten Strukturen...ich glaub, mich nervt dss

My 2nd stay here and I enjoyed it very much as usual, the food onsite is very good and very affordable and there is alchohol available to purchase also, the shuttle to and back from the airport is very convenient and the location perfect if you like quiet and beautiful surrounding nature, special thanks goes out to Joseph & his family, and especially Katie who always provides service with a smile.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! I arrived at the hotel after a long trip. There was no tv and reptiles/lizards in the room. I booked another hotel. I ask for refund and was refused. This is false advertisement. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!

We arrived at 11:15pm and we were welcomed warmly. Helped with our luggage and offered chicken and chips which was frshly prepared on arrival. We were served breakfast early the next morning so that we could be in time for our Safari tour. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. We felt at home during our whole stay. We enjoyed the hot showers in the bathtub after a long safari They also provided us free Airport drop-off to the Airport to catch our early morning flight at 5 am. The hotel offers real value for money.

We stayed at this family run hotel in January 2023. Our flight landed late at 3 am but the hotel staff was waiting for us at the Airport with a smile. At arrival we were checked into our room (double room with a balcony) which was very spacious compared to most of the rooms we stayed before in Uganda and also had a bath tub :-). The bed was very comfortable. In the room we found 2 complimentary bottles of mineral water. In the morning we were served a very delicious breakfast full of variety. Most oustanding was the care and personal service we received from the staff at this family run hotel. They really went an extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel. We shall surely stay here again.
