La vue mer n'était que partielle. L'accueil moyen. Chambre avec balcon sale. Un lit d'appoint dans la chambre (chambre triple) qui empêche d'ouvrir la porte. Difficile d'accéder à la chambre car annexe de l'hôtel sans ascenseur. Petit déjeuner très tardif. C'est dommage car la chambre aurait pu être agréable !

Let's us start form positives, new restaurant looks very wonderful, i loved pallets of colors, and lighting. Now let us go to experience, first of all waiting time before stuff get order was over 15 min, waiting time for food 30 min chips, salad and chowder* Stuff bring our food with a mistake two salads and chips, they bring us two salads and chips where we order chowder. After 30 min of waiting time we get information that kitchen have no ingredients for a chowder... where is communication between kitchen and restaurant ? Let us move to table, like i said i love color and lightning, but that will not cover dirty glasses or cattery, how a restaurant in 4 star hotel can give dirty cattery its fully disgusting, i lost whole appetite. We was forced to go to different restaurant after that awful experience

After staying at the hotel multiple times and eating at the restaurant we decided to have it as our wedding Venue. The staff couldn't have been any better and the hotel worked with us to help sort accomodation for all our guests. The food and drink was as brilliant as ever and all the accomodation was brilliant. We are delighted we came across this venue and we'll be back as often as we can. Can't recommend it enough, whoever you just want lunch, a coffee, over night stay or wedding venue.

Ideal location. Perfect for Enniscrone Golf Club, and the courses further north and west. Staff were excellent, and so attentive. An ideal base for golfers playing the courses in the North West. You’re literally on the Main Street so all other restaurants, bars are walking distance.

Very disappointing visit today. Went for a Mother’s Day Lunch, pre booked for 1pm with my sister and her Mother-in-Law. We were sat straight away even though we arrived ten minutes early and were given the very extensive menu and three entries for a Mother’s Day draw.. we had a lovely waiter, didn’t get his name though. We ordered a soup, a vol au vent and a chowder starter, which was lovely, then we ordered a Roast Beef Dinner, a Salmon Dish and a supreme of Chicken. The food arrived fairly quickly, the order for the salmon was requested without mash but an extra portion of vegetables instead, but when it arrived, it was served on a bed of mash and was over cooked and dry, with no extra vegetables. In fact we only had one small dish of vegetables for all three of us. The Beef was a thick slice of fat with a bit of meat on either side of it and pretty bland but edible once the fat was cut away.. pretty poor serving, the Supreme of chicken which should have had some creamy leek sauce was served with a sauce that had a horrible taste, something like cardamon, which I dislike, so I had to scrape all the sauce and skin off to be left with a plain breast of chicken and a few vegetables, as the sauce was covering the mash.. I ate what I could. As did the others.. it was palatable but not great for a celebration lunch and not cheap.. we opted for desserts to see if we could end on a better note, the two ton mess were nice and we asked for the meringue with fresh fruit and sorbet without the meringue, which arrived with three blueberries and three small pieces of strawberries as a garnish.. in a huge plate .. at this point we just laughed at it and asked if we could get a few more berries, which the waiter very kindly got. When we went up to the counter to pay, and asked if it was alright, we explained what had happened and that it was less than acceptable for three three mains to be not great. The response we got was I’m sorry I’ll let the chef know when he’s not busy! After paying over €100 for the lunch.. and not an offer of a discount or even a complimentary tea or coffee… we left extremely disappointed in the lack of decent customer service., and some very poor food..Other places we could have gone to even offered Mother’s, a gift voucher toward an event at the venue or a free glass of Prosecco as a gesture.. the only gesture for Mother’s Day here was an entry into a draw for a hotel gift voucher to be drawn on Monday… a good way to capture your data but nothing special to draw guests in on a special day.. perhaps you could have gone a little further Mr Devaney! Not sure we’ll be voting for you in the hotel awards this time..

Returned to this little gem of a hotel for a short stay and once again we enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel itself was recently refurbished to a lovely standard,the room was clean, lovely and warm and a great view once again of the beach from our bedroom. The staff were excellent all round from Leah and Emily in reception to Sinead in the lovely restaurant,to Antony in the bar,to Ciara in the breakfast room who immediately recognised us from a previous visit. The breakfast was lovely each morning and the restaurant food again was beautiful and well presented in the evening time. We were sad to learn that Arthur had left as he was a gentleman and so professional in his dealings with us previously. The only small issue we had was the hotels WiFi but we put it down to the recent storms in the area . Overall another enjoyable stay and have no problems in recommending this lovely hotel and staff to anyone. Will be back soon.
