聖路易斯科林斯維爾拉昆塔溫德姆套房飯店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Collinsville - St. Louis)

Hotel is nice, clean, and in Ok shape. 30 minutes after I got in the room there was an electrical outage at the hotel and the AC stopped working. Staff was not helpful or informative on resolving the problem so I checked and out and asked for refund. I did get the refund but it took some effort. Staff had no idea how to handle the situation. BTW - forecast was high 90s to over 100 degrees.

The property itself was nice ,breakfast was good ,we messaged during our reservation well in advance that we would not be checking in until 10 pm after the Cardinals game & wanted to stay until 4 pm when my husband's meeting at the convention center ended .left contact info incase this was a problem .I paid the extra $40 for late check out .2 pm they called the room asking if we were extending our stay .i explained it to them that we rented the room until 4 .I received a second call from them & asked if i should just check out at 3 .they said no.i had the do not disturb sign on the door .i just started to fall asleep again & the maid knocked on the door at 3:15 she came into the room with her key .. .so i just turned the key in at 3:30 & sat in the parking lot til my husband was finished at the convention center .if you need somewhere to stay after the game with a late check in & a few hours after regular check out im not sure this hotel is for you .the rooms were big & nice though .regular hours you will enjoy your visit .

Overall, a really great stay. Pet friendly and comfortable. We walked to Colton's Steakhouse and that was excellent. Our only complaint is that the parking lot did not accommodate large vehicles with trailers. Problematic. Otherwise, the hotel itself was great and we had a restful night.

Apparently @ check in they want $150 deposit which I have never had a deposit for a room be that extremely high & then take that long to come off my account (14days!). The room didn’t look like anything like what was on your website it looked older & duller.

The staff was friendly and we had no problems with the check-in. If you're staying here with a pet, consider that they will charge a pet fee (I think it was around 25USD). The bed was comfortable but the building does need some updating.

Walls are seems to be paper thin I heard people walking above us all night. Out dated just dark feeling . People let there kids run down the hall. The parking seem to be crammed.

The pool was enjoyable. Free breakfast, hot coffee. I adore the aquatic colored sitting area and unique furniture. The staff are awesome.

Clean hotel. Only bad thing is pool is closed for the season. It’s still 80 out.

The service grea everyone was very polite and the rooms were very clean also had great breakfast
