十丘廣場酒店衞生狀況糟糕且不接受批評
在2023年12月25號至27日住2晚,我27號早上準備退房的時候,我看到枕頭上都是黃斑,因為本人英語不好沒有和前台溝通就走了。然而,這次的住宿體驗卻讓我非常失望,因為酒店的衞生狀況實在是太差了。
首先,進入房間後,我發現房間裏的地毯也很臟,上面有許多灰塵和雜物。這樣的衞生狀況讓我感到非常不舒服,無法放心地使用房間裏的任何物品。
更讓我感到氣憤的是,當我向攜程工作人員反映這些問題時,十丘廣場酒店的態度非常不虛心,不僅沒有向我道歉,反而試圖為自己的行為辯解。他們聲稱你第一天發現了,為什麼不叫我們把它換了?這種愚蠢的問題我看到了,怎麼會不説呢?十丘廣場酒店説他們已經採取了必要的清潔措施,但我所看到的事實卻與他們的説法完全不符。
作為一家酒店,提供乾淨、整潔、舒適的住宿環境是最基本的要求。然而,十丘廣場酒店卻沒有做到這一點,而且還不願意接受客人的批評和建議。這種不負責任的態度讓我對該酒店的服務質量產生了極大的懷疑。

The Ten Hill Place Hotel has poor hygiene conditions and does not accept criticism.
I stayed for two nights from December 25th to 27th, 2023. When I was preparing to check out on the morning of the 27th, I saw yellow spots all over the pillow. Since I am not good at English, I did not communicate with the front desk and left. However, this accommodation experience was very disappointing because the hygiene conditions of the hotel were really poor.
Firstly, after entering the room, I found that the carpet was also very dirty, with a lot of dust and debris on it. Such hygiene conditions made me feel very uncomfortable and unable to use any items in the room with confidence.
What makes me even more angry is that when I reported these problems to the Ctrip staff, the attitude of the Ten Hill Place Hotel was very unhumble. Not only did they not apologize to me, but they tried to justify their actions. They claimed that if you noticed it on the first day, why didn't you ask us to change it? As if I was stupid for not saying anything when I saw it. The hotel claims that they have taken necessary cleaning measures, but the facts I saw are completely inconsistent with their statements.
As a hotel, providing a clean, tidy, and comfortable accommodation environment is the most basic requirement. However, the Ten Hill Place Hotel did not meet this requirement and was unwilling to accept guests' criticism and suggestions. This irresponsible attitude has made me greatly doubt the quality of their service.
Here, I would like to remind everyone that if you plan to travel to Edinburgh, you must choose your accommodation carefully. Don't be fooled by the false propaganda of the Ten Hill Place Hotel, so as not to have an unpleasant accommodation experience like me. At the same time, I also hope that the hotel management will pay attention to guests' feedback, take practical measures to improve the hygiene conditions of the hotel, and improve service quality to better meet guests' needs.
