Just a 10-minute walk from Princes Street with many local restaurants, pubs and parks. No dogs and open gas fires make it unsuitable for young children. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Excellent stay, would highly recommend Tom’s flat. Very clean and spacious light filled flat. Tom was very quick to respond to our questions. Check in was easy and Tom was very helpful and let us store our luggage while apartment was being cleaned. The flat had everything that one would need for a great stay. Close to old Town only 15 min walk, flat is in a very quiet area close to supermarket and great local pubs and restaurants cafes. Excellent.

Perfect Edinburgh Stay Stay was wonderful. Owner is noted Scottish author Tom Wood. Flat is very comfortable, well furnished and decorated. Lots of books, from works of literature to notable fiction writers. Centrally located, within walking distance to public transportation, pubs, restaurants. A perfect base to explore Edinburgh. Communication with Tom was easy. We enjoyed our visit with him!

The best! Tom was a lovely host. He very kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in after our overnight flight. The combo washer-dryer was excellent, as was the raindrop shower. We enjoyed the neighbourhood, including the two nearby grocery stores.

Great place in Edinburgh! Such a lovely, comfortable stay in this flat! Centrally located and great host. We loved coming “home” for a cup of tea after sightseeing , book it you will be happy! Thanks for the great book Tom!

Beautiful apartment in excellent quiet position This lovely apartment is in a great position, with easy access to public transport. Tom communicated really well and even left us some food supplies. We were very comfortable.

We loved it! This was a wonderful flat. Full kitchen with a Tesco minutes away. There is so much room and comfort to relax and get ready before and after your day. So much better than a hotel room! I would recommend staying here.
