愛丁堡希爾頓Tru飯店(Tru by Hilton Edinburg)

Muy bien siempre hay café y te. El desayuno igual que todos. En particular no me gustan. Los cuartos muy bien camas cómodas televisión grande con muchos canales. Baño limpio y amplio toallas limpias y suaves hay shampoo y jabón

Viajamos varias familias y nos gusta llegar a este hotel porque los cuartos son muy cómodos, el desayuno está muy bien y está cerca, en carro, de las tiendas a donde vamos. Y siempre nos atienden muy bien!!!

We called the desk to help with excessive noise above our room that lasted several hours. The walls and floors are excessively thin. To say we had restful night would be a lie.

Checking in took forever since they were training a new employee, I figured ok. New employee was nice, gave us our room key went upstairs to room AC working just fine room was cold as expected, however too much sunlight coming in thru windows, tried closing shade however shade was broken would not go up or down it was locked broken at the middle of window alllowing too much sunlight and heat thru. Made employees aware they just said ok and did nothing about it. Next day took a shower and there’s was absolutely no water pressure water just dribbled out and took it anyways. Told employees once again and hopefully they did do something about it so it won’t happen to another patron after me. The hotel is too new to have such problems. This is my 5th time staying there and first 4 times never Gad any problems

Everything you can think of was very well managed. I stayed for 2 nights in a standard room so it was worthwhile. The only cons I have was no cleaning services were offered during my stay until I checked-out of course (understandable due to the small staff). Also no microwaves are available in the standard room nor kitchen area.

Once again overall the room and hotel are clean. Staff is very friendly and professional. The only complaint I have and have mentioned it before with no results is that the pillows smell like body odor. The actual pillow needs to be changed. The pillow cover being washed will not fix the problem. I brought my own pillows from home this time.

Buen hotel por el precio que pagas, no es lo mejor de Hilton pero tiene buenas amenidades, lo único que falla un poco es el desayuno.

No tenían mi cuarto reservado y ya estaba pagado llame antes para avisar mi hora de llegado alrededor de las 7 o 8 de la noche y no me dijeron nada hasta que llegue al hotel.Durante la noche se hoian todos los ruidos

I had to wait for check in and the staff was not really friendly. Even when I need a bed made, I was unaware of the day request in advance and the guy was being rude. The room was looking good but the toilet had stains and the bed was very itch and I thought for a second bed bugs were there
