I booked an apartment for five people (this apartment can fit up to 12 people) for 2 nights. I then received an email that the number of guests is one. That was weird because the minimum number of guests for the apartment is five as you can see in the attached photo. Upon arrival after hours at around 6 PM, there was no one at the check-in desk. Our key was placed at the check-in desk and our last name was written next to the room number. That room had two twin beds stuck to each other. It was tiny and very different than the apartment that I booked online using ***********. I tried calling the number that they had and when I did I heard a vibration of a cell phone at the check-in desk. I tried contacting *********** and they recommended I speak to the property directly and when I stated that I couldn't get a hold of them they asked me to email *********** and that they would get a response to me in 24 hours. Eventually they did respond saying that the property has been contacted but they did not hear anything back from them, so basically *********** was useless. In the meantime, I had to go next-door to ask for help. The lady next-door called one of the housekeeping ladies who then came down and tried helping us. She then called the man who came and gave us the apartment. That man did not even smile or apologize to us. The apartment was decent, and spacious, however the beds were too soft. It had a nice terrace. There were two bathrooms in the apartments one was a good size and the other was tiny. There is no air conditioner, as many other hotels in Europe. There is no elevator the stairs leading up to the apartments are pretty steep. The breakfast was decent. Parking is offsite and there's about a five minute walk. The town is small but pretty. Overall the stay was pleasant, however the check in experience and the incorrect room and no one at the check-in desk was very unpleasant. At check out, there was another lady who seems to be more involved and had a smile on her face and apologized for the experience we had.

開始我們預訂了預定的停車場,當然還要付款。停車場沒有,上面有另一輛車。酒店和我們談完後,我們不得不去酒店旁邊的停車場(公開)。那裏是酒店工作人員停車的,我們把回房間,接着星期天晚上07.30!電話響了。我和我丈夫還在睡覺 我們被地說 我們必須馬上開車 因爲那對手要回家我答案是 我們沒有停車 我們只是把你的旅館的工作人員帶到這裏 我們很樂意把帶到這裏來換掉我們已經很,沒人到車上去了,我們得馬上來。一會兒就去和酒店接待會討論。很可怕!星期天7:30!我丈夫最終不得不穿衣服 去看門廳 開車 讓路人地

從預訂的第一次接觸開始,Symposium Hotel Post的工作人員就竭盡全力提供幫助。他們協助了我的預訂的不同方面,並非常善於溝通。我提早到Traunkirchen時,他們派車從車站接我。在酒店,入住非常順利,也非常容易,還幫我拿行李送到房間。房間本身很可愛,很舒適,而且離樓梯也很近,這有助於減少噪音。第二天早上,早餐是新鮮食物的很好的傳播,工作人員很高興幫我處理一些我問到的事情(時差使我頭腦發昏)。他們還非常有助於提供關於四處走動的提示,在我一天結束時開車送我回車站,並祝我今後的旅行真誠的美好祝願。絕對強烈推薦!

離湖不近,景色很美。可以吃早餐和所有餐廳在很美的 terasse,因爲它們幾乎是連續服務的。酒店非常方便。這裏是認可的。很大的房間,有分別辦公室。很乾淨的室,就像在奧地利,有分別的室。平板屏幕,圖書館裏安排的。餐廳的位置還很棒,廚房書寫的主人家。可以吃湖魚。地圖可以用英語。非常的早餐,有好家。有點夢想的地方,景色不錯,但是平靜。我們奧地利最好的回憶之一。有3星,但值得4星。謝謝Pernkopft家人。

We stayed at this hotel last week and from the moment we walked in to the moment we left we loved every single aspect of our stay. The property has outstanding facilities and amenities to make your stay so special and memorable. We particularly enjoyed the hotel's Traun town restaurant, The hotel's luxurious spa to wind down after a long day, it's outstanding breakfast buffet and it's central location in the magical town of Bad Ischl.

酒店設施和環境都很不錯，我是陪着八十多歲的父母來的，很驚喜這裏居然還有電梯，衹是都設在半層處，出來還是需要老人家再爬半層樓梯，好奇怪。 臨走退房時讓我每間房單獨再付39歐元的打掃費用，我問為什麼，說是這是公寓房，需要打掃廚房。我說我衹住了一個晚上過夜，根本沒有用過廚房。估計因為我是維也納過來的，德語流利，所以就免了。看了之前的評論，很多人遇到過這個問題，所以想預定的人還是要考慮一下。 這個酒店適合多住幾天，就在湖邊，環境超級美，房間很大，而且緊挨着沙夫山登山火車，附近也有中餐廳披薩店等，所以多住幾天，這個清潔費用還是值得的。

Zeer teleurgesteld in hoe Homebound met klanten omgaat. Ondanks dat het appartement schoon en nieuw is, alles rondom onze boekingen en verblijf was zeer stressvol en vervelend. Homebound heeft flexibele prijzen, dat is op zich geen probleem. Als de vraag hoger wordt wordt de prijs ook hoger. Wanneer men die regels eerlijk hanteert is dit transparant voor de klant en is er niets mis mee. Maar Homebound zorgt (vooral bij telefonische en mail boekingen) dat zij na jouw boeking niet direct bevestigd. Ze wachten een aantal uren, daarna wordt opeens de prijs 35 tot 45% verhoogd en zou jouw eerdere reservering niet geldig zijn. Bij ons ging het 2x mis: Na contact en lastminute boeken voor 3 nachten werd 6 uur na onze boeking de prijs opeens met 45% verhoogd. Na klachten hierover werden wij 8 uur niet te woord gestaan en wisten we niet of we nog een boeking hadden of niet en of wij onze reis konden starten. Na 3 mails en 2 telefoontjes en 8 uur stress werd alles alsnog geregeld. Na verblijf van 3 dagen wilden wij ons verblijf verlengen en gebeurde hetzelfde, weer verhoogden ze 5 uur na de boeking de prijs met 35% terwijl wij al gereserveerd hadden. Weer een klacht ingediend, weer niemand bereikbaar en na dreigen van annulering werd de prijs toch weer verlaagd. Daarna werden 2 keer onze sleutels 'per ongeluk' geblokkeerd waardoor wij het appartement niet meer in konden. Wij hadden volgens afspraak vooraf betaald en ingecheckt, maar dit was niet goed verwerkt. Uitchecken was om 10 uur maar om 9 uur waren onze keycards geblokkeerd. Hierdoor moesten wij onze bagage steeds een voor een naar buiten dragen en alle deuren openzetten. Wij hebben een klacht ingediend bij Homebound over hun werkwijze en hen 4 weken gegeven om te reageren, helaas doen ze dat niet dus bij deze onze slechte recensie.
