Excellent good value breakfast. Many thanks to Liz, Brett and Mickey for your prompt, proffesional and friendly service. When we arrived it was so busy. Liz made us feel so welcome, with a big smile and very friendly. It is our first time here, and the service has been lovely, very friendly, prompt, not long waiting time for any request. Will we definitely be back. Much appreciated.

Stayed here before making for the cruise terminal In Southampton. The room is the same quality as every other Premier Inn, which is absolutely fine. We booked a meal deal in the Gateway Restaurant, which is part of the hotel. The food was excellent and our server, Liz, was lovely.

Another week stay at premier inn Eastleigh and once again faultless. Everything I needed was provided and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the manager Timmy was fantastic. Looking forward to going back and seeing everyone again

This is one of the best premier inns we've stayed in; great location, free parking, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfy bed, air con and minimal outside noise. What more could you ask for?

Spend 3 nights at this hotel and it was perfect for what I needed. Great location, reasonable priced, room was clean and bed very comfortable. Check in/out simple and quick, staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel manager Timi excellent! Gave me some good recommendations about nice places to go. Thank you!

We ate in the restaurant and the service and food were excellent. Liz looked after us very well and ensured that we were happy with our meal and drinks.

Never visit the bar and restaurant. The duty manager is convinced this is her restaurant and is extremely unpleased and rude. I ordered a beer on offer 2-1 asking the kind bar lady to serve me to second one after I'm done with the first. When I appeared to pick up the second one, shee appeared to tell of the staff member to pour two at the time when the promo is used. I politly replied that the second beer would be not tasty after several minutes and asked if you are the supervisor. In reply I wast told its her restaurant. I politly replied that it not her restaurant and she only work here. This was the top for this lady and she had trented me that I would have to leave if I behave like this. Unreal

Just got back from a 4 night stay, and the Premier Inn did not let us down. The reception staff were pleasant and made you feel welcome, they always said hello when you walked in. The rooms were clean and fresh. The hotel itself was clean and fresh There was ample car parking The attached restaurant (The Gateway) did not seem busy during our stay, but yet always expected you to book rather than walk in. Amazing stay, Pat the lovely receptionist went above and beyond to help us throughout the duration of our stay And the staff in the restaurant were lovely very accommodating for families Woukd highly recommend staying here 5 stars from us :)
