應該是當地最好的酒店之一。因為新建，設施都比較新。早餐以英國的標準來説還是比較豐富的。位置雖然不是市中心，但停車也方便。以當地標準而言確實不錯。以世界標準而言那就是馬馬虎虎。服務人員態度參差不齊，有很熱情的，也有很冷漠的。

房間很寬敞，很乾凈。設施有點老！早餐還行！

剛預訂不到一小時有事想退一下 執意扣全款 沒見鍋這樣政策的

夏天空調製冷有問題 非常熱晚上 其他設施很好 房間很大床很大 服務很好

酒店除了周圍環境，其餘整體都很一般

Spacious rooms with excellent staff, limited access to amenities though.

Friendly service by everyone we met. Ladies on reception took special care of my 2 year old when we entered and gave her an Easter colouring activity whilst we checked in. Rooms are basic but ok. Bed is huge and very comfy. Air con doesn't circulate very well at all, under it, freezing, in the bed I'm boiling. Also what's the deal with no fridge in the room? Restaurant is ok, bit over priced for what it is really and it was a sunny day and so, so so hot.its only April and I was sweating! Could do with some air con or circulating air in there. Nice location though, if your a cricket fan you'll love it and opposite a golf course so nice view that side too. Have stayed before and will again

DearHilton Southampton - Utilita Bowlu I recently booked a stay at your hotel through Trip [or relevant agency], trusting the information provided in your advertisements. However, my experience was far from what was promised. 1. Your advertisement stated that the swimming pool and sauna were free to use. However, upon arrival, I was told that I could not access these facilities because I had not booked directly with you. This was misleading and unfair. 2. I paid $107 for a one-night stay in a four-star hotel, yet my room did not have a small fridge. Only after multiple requests did the staff provide one. I feel that I was misled by false advertising, and my experience was not up to the expected standards. Given these issues, I request either a partial refund or a discount on my next booking as compensation. I have been a frequent customer of Trip [or relevant agency] and have booked multiple trips through your platform, but this experience has made me reconsider my trust in your services. This time we have the view overlooking the Utilita Bowl and it was fantastic.

一切都很完美，我們真的很享受我們的住宿。我也很喜歡健身套房，裡面有各種健身器材。我一定會推薦並且會再回到那裡😀😀

房間很乾淨，有足夠的空間容納我們三個人。我們可以看到富通碗就在我們的窗前。淋浴水流強勁，足以消除疲勞。推薦。
