範德比爾特套房飯店(The Vanderbilt Hotel Suites)

It was a solo trip for just one night. Therefore, my review cannot be thorough. However, it will simply point out the most visible aspects of the hotel. It is a community composed of apartment tenants and hotel guests. This mix did not bother me at all since it is seamless. It is a luxurious place recently erected (year 2010s}. Everything feels new, and everything is kept clean. The place is quiet, even though it is frequently visited by people who come eat at the annexed restaurant Juniper. I love quiet, so thumbs up! I also dined at the restaurant, and the bronzino was delicious. I give a median grade to the staff as they were just nonchalant, but did their job nonetheless. Nothing to reproach the room. It was luxurious, clean, well equipped with a microwave, a large screen TV, a very comfortable bed, a practical closet, and a nice view to the pool (closed during the cold seasons). The bathroom was beautiful and inviting. It definitely contributes to the prestige of the hotel. However, I would strongly advise the Manager to change the key system. Hovering the key over the door sensor does not work. The sensor reads the key as if by accident causing exhaustion to the guest for the simple task of opening a door. I am sure the issue was not with my particular key because I could observe my neighbors doing the same hovering dance with their hands to open their room doors. That is irritating! In the overall, thumbs up for The Vanderbilt Hotel Suites.

The rooms are beautiful, large, clean with lots of storage. They were able to accommodate us with our pet. Our pet was very comfortable and happy in the room. We are very happy with our stay and looking forward to booking at the Vanderbilt again

After 2 days of flight cancellations, missed connections and stuck in planes for hours on the tarmac we were lucky to find this accommodation. The room was affordable, clean, large and beautifully appointed. It was only 30 minutes from the airport and in a quiet area with an Italian restaurant on site. Darla at reception was very considerate and kind after a very trying two days and her care and concern was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

No towels by the pool after 7pm? Pool closes at 8pm and they take all the towels to wash beforehand. I had to walk back to the room wet at 7:15pm. I called the front desk from my cellphone and nobody brought towels outside.

Extremely friendly staff. Exceptionally nice place, with a price that was super competitive with multiple inferior chain hotels in the area. Only stayed one night for business, but would stay again, and highly recommend it.

Not entirely a hotel, mixed with apartments residents, has nothing to do with the Vanderbilt name, not a good choice if you want to visit the museum since it's not close by, no breakfast for that price, manager capricious with their inconsistent policy.

The staff is very welcoming. The rooms are very clean and spacious with all the conveniences. The mattress is wonderful. Thanks for a very nice stay.

Great stay, very comfortable. Beautiful grounds, house keeping had attitudes some days. Overall great.
