I've stayed at a number of hotels in this very immediate area, and this was BY FAR my most positive experience. The hotel was clean, the check in staff was very nice (didn't have any other experience with staff), and the breakfast was delicious. Maybe even more importantly, the coffee was GREAT (and that is rare, IMO)! I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Digital key not working, low water pressure in sing and toilet, (it took over 5 minutes to fill up), partially clogged drain in shower (ankle deep water before you were done), same I the sink, air conditioning did not work properly ( kicked off at seventy two even though we set it for 70).

Room and bathroom were poorly equipped. No closet - just two hangers behind a curtain; one cabinet with 2 wire drawers; one small towel bar in the bathroom; hardly any space for two people to layout their toiletries. The bathroom had 2 brackets and a hole in the wall indicating that something (maybe a shelf) used to be there. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

I was happy to see that there was a restaurant almost attached to the hotel—good food and no extra driving involved. Hotel room was comfy—a bit of noise coming in through the vent in the bathroom but it may be because room next to the elevator shaft—didn’t hear it late at night, nor in the morning (so maybe the rain hitting a metal piece?). Breakfast was good.

Our stay was comfortable and clean. Location is excellent and the price very fair. The day time male check in clerk was very friendly but our room was not ready (we were two hours early). Returning that evening for check in, the younger female clerk was not unfriendly yet not pleasant and welcoming. She did the check in quickly without much interaction.

Lots of red flags with this property. Hotel is a bit run down. The walls in the elevator were dirty and there was construction debris in the door track. Checked in and my room had an odor like they were using a cleaner to hide cigarette smoke or something. You could see there was a rack in the bathroom that was taken down but the wholes were not patched. Just not what I am used to with a Hampton property. Checked out immediately after finding bed bugs on the corners of the headboard and a small blood stain on the sheet. Had manager come and look/take pictures. She seemed slightly annoyed I did not want to stay after offering me another room but it wasn't directed towards me, more like she was aware of the problem and sick of dealing with it. I did receive a full refund but because I had to find another hotel last minute on a Saturday night I ended up spending far more than anticipated. In hindsight the smell I originally encountered upon entering the room was probably a bed bug bomb in an attempt to exterminate them.

Upon check-in, the front desk clerk was less than welcoming. The elevators in this building were nerve-racking. The walls were thin, and the people next to me were loud. The room was clean but I wouldn’t stay here again because it was so noisy.

The room was very nice, the breakfast was excellent. Our concern was security. The door going out to the back parking lot was not able to be used because the key pad for your room key was not working. The door from the front parking lot wouldn't lock. Otherwise, an excellent stay.
