Great front desk staff, meh property, overpriced, crazy hard to find reasonable priced transportation to nearby airport

Initial impression: Attractive lobby & guest room Upon further review: Room was not as clean as it looked; cable TV was not working due to some kind of systems failure; at check-in we were not informed about how to use stove-top so we thought it didn't work (we later learned, at check-out, that there was a timer). A simple continental breakfast would be a welcome addition.

The queen beds where to small, I think they are full not queen. They don’t have the tv’s working, big downer

Little was in the room in the way of utensils, pots and pans, etc for an extended stay. The staff said they will provide what is needed if asked. I thought the bedding would not be warm enough as the weather was getting cool (mid-Oct). The front desk individual was kind enough to bring 2 heavy blankets to our room. As it turned out, they weren’t needed after all. Comfortable room- spacious.

Hotel is okay. Dated but only used for one night. Right off I70, so good location. Floors were tacky for some reason and the heating/cooling unit was loud but overall okay for the money.

We only stayed for one night but the room was clean, quiet area, and staff was very friendly. Only thing we didn’t like was the Parking situation but nothing crazy!

Bed had 3 legs, light bulbs burned out, people living there had burned food so whole floor smelled. It was not great.

Walls were a bit thin, you could hear your neighbors, but not too bad. Check in was seamless I was able to get a room same night. Great staff

The rooms smell strongly from cleaning (sweet, lemony scent). I found a hair on my pillow. A light bulb was out in the bathroom. A/C unit was extremely loud. Worst of all, my smoke alarm started chirping every 30 seconds at 11pm. When I called the from desk, they said Maintenance would be up to fix it. After waiting for 15 minutes, I called back down and they said they didn't have anyone on maintenance duty but they could put me in a new room. New room was fine.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Luckily we could open a window because cleaning solution smell was pretty strong. Location is great, close to interstate and bars and restaurants. I thought it wasa little pricey but all hotels were expensive. There's a little kitchenette with microwave and fridge.

Economic, quiet, easy parking/access. Terrible coffee maker. Check utensils if you plan on using kitchenette, as ours was missing quite a few basics. A note about your "safety feature" of having your stove hooked up to a timer would be nice rather than trying to figure that out by trial and error.

Small double bed, cleaning solution smell, TV didn’t work, small bathroom. I will not go back !

Check in person unfamiliar with area No smoke alarm in room, phone in room Broken, internet hard to access, no grab bars in “accessible” room, electronic key failed to work. Breakfast advertised on website does not exist, Maybe the worst hotel I’ve stayed in ever in the US.
