貝克曼紋徽飯店(Beekman Arms Hotel)

It's a really neat, old Inn. Very convenient to walk to Rhinebeck shop's and restaurants. The room itself was outdated (and not in a charming way) and in need of a refresh. Electrical outlets for charging phones were not conveniently located near the beds. The continental breakfast was way too far away and wasn't worth the walk (grocery store muffins and cereals). I will say the walk to breakfast in the crisp air did help me clear my head so it did have an upside.

Checking in at about 4PM, there was a long wait with a couple checking in ahead of me that took a long long time. Despite apologies, nothing happened until another employee showed up to reduce the line of customers quickly.

We enjoyed our overnight stay in the Townsend house, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We really didn't enjoy the restaurant, salmon and steak were both overcooked but would not have a problem staying there again if in Rhinebeck.

There are so few options in this town… But I found this place to be not worth the price at all. The room was not updated, it felt like a second thought. Clearly, this place rests on its laurels, and I would not recommend it.

Got a room with minuscule window facing a parking lot. No welcome from anyone upon arrival, breakfast a block away from the room, no one told us the hotel had a restaurant. Not worth the sum we paid.

Truly a remarkable honor to stay one of the oldest inn in America, but let me tell you. I would classify the hotel as a high end motel 6. We stayed in the King size Inn room and the room needed some major repairs to the room. The molding was coming off and we were assuming it was going to hit us during the night. Bathroom essentials were absolutely tiny so I definitely recommend bringing your own. Other than that I would rate this a 2/5.

Lovely area and property. Leaf blowing at 7:30 am got us up and going! Would be helpful if map of property would acknowledge spaces other than Beekman’s.

I come to Rhinebeck, Red Hook, and Germantown frequently since I was a toddler and have had a great memories.

The hotel has been updated in common areas and they were clean and attractive. The gym and sauna were closed due to some kind of water issue. The room was clean and large comparatively. The couch was torn and stained. It should be removed. The shower had great hot water and pressure but made a loud humming noise. The toilet needed to be shimmed. Rocked badly. There was no housekeeping the first morning and no notice to that effect. The next two mornings there was good service. The hotel is extremely convenient in location. The staff was responsive. I would stay again.
