Good position! It's old but not bad. Very close to Brooklyn bridge

我們短暫停留，決定預訂這個地方幾個小時，以便將行李寄存到現場參觀。我們在晚上 9 點左右入住，前台的先生非常友善，非常樂於助人。他甚至給我升級了一間更好的房間。房間非常寬敞，裡面有微波爐和冰箱。我唯一不喜歡這個地方的是走廊很暗，地毯看起來有點破舊，所以給人一種令人毛骨悚然的感覺。除此之外，一切都很好。如果我們來參觀的話，會再住在這裡。

Staff was amazing at front desk stayed 2 nights housekeeping freshened up room brought fresh towels on day 2 just wish shower had full glass alittle chilly when taking hot shower but thats the style these days other then that everything was great!!!

We were very impressed with our room upgrade! Very spacious for a rental in NYC. We were very happy with a parking garage being close by. Staff was always friendly, attentive & helpful - recommended restaurants nearby. Appreciated the nice shower, comfy bed & quietness. I don’t think I’ve ever slept this good in NYC!?

Check-in and reception desk were helpful. Room doesn’t reflect what I’d think “a 4-star hotel” would be … no carpet, exposed Lin wires, window shade cord broken, security chain missing clasp, thin shower towel. Convenient location (5 minute walk to subway and close to seaport). Very expensive for what is offered.

My room had a long hallway, a kitchenette, living room, and bedroom. It felt like a rent controlled apartment I would’ve been thrilled to land in 2007 for $1,800 a month….. The AC worked well, bed was comfortable. There are other more recently renovated options nearby for similar price point that I’ll stay at before going here again.

The first room we stayed in had one of the light sockets hanging off and the bed was to small. The staff were very accommodating and moved us to a new room. The toilet in the new room overflowed on one day but this was a local issue & not just the hotel.

Although I used to live in Manhattan I never spent much time in thr Finacial District. We really enjoyed the restaurants in the area and thos property was an incredible value. We'll be back
