Good position! It's old but not bad. Very close to Brooklyn bridge

My room had a long hallway, a kitchenette, living room, and bedroom. It felt like a rent controlled apartment I would’ve been thrilled to land in 2007 for $1,800 a month….. The AC worked well, bed was comfortable. There are other more recently renovated options nearby for similar price point that I’ll stay at before going here again.

After a very long day I was excited to go to a hotel so close to my office. I booked a queen room with no other special requests. I checked in and found that I had a double bed handicap room. The bathroom shower has a very low shower causing me to have to squat to shower. I also noticed trash on the bathroom floor as well as near one of the beds, one of the beds was not made well which made me feel very uncomfortable that the sheets were not actually changed, and the sheets themselves are so heavy with detergents they feel very uncomfortable. I’m not the most picky person and I understand cleaning jobs are difficult and prices are high for everything but seeing I’ll be spending the night in an unclean hotel room is an incredibly unsettling feeling. I will not be booking here again unless the quality improves.

Unverschämter Preis für das was man geboten bekommt. Das Hotel ist so langsam in die Jahre gekommen, was man auch an allen Ecken sehen kann. Sowohl die Handtücher als auch die Bettwäsche hatten Flecken, der Wasserhahn hat gewackelt und überall Abnutzungsspuren. Das einzig positive ist die Lage. 4 Sterne sind es definitiv nicht.

The room was nice and reasonably priced. And it was consistently available which was perfect.I stayed for 2weeks and it’s a clean and quiet hotel and close to everything I need. The hotel front desk was helpful and easy to deal with. My stay was very nice. Def looking forward to staying again. I hope the next time is just as pleasant if not more so.

Does expect a beautiful room, just a room and pretty small. But the location, that’s another thing. It’s perfectly located. Walk distance from 9/11 memorial, ferry terminal and subways.

Fully staffed day and night, staff were most helpful & accompanied. Enjoyed our stay, close to many places like the world trade center, 9/11 memorial. Subway was just a few blocks away.

Our trip was AMAZING! Four family members coming to ride the NYC 5 Boro 40 mile Bike Tour and have stayed at Eurostar every time! The staff cannot be more polite, gracious and accommodating. The hotel is pristine and the rooms are LARGE w/ 2 queen beds, a couch & sitting area and a full bath! The neighborhood is quiet & within blocks of financial district and Battery Park. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and, especially staff during our four day stay! The staff secured car service to JFK for us! ! Love it! Will be back every time I visit the city!
