杜塞爾多夫Landtagsbrunnen附近住宿

酒店離火車站很近，步行2分鐘。周邊有LIDL,REWE, ROSSMANN等購物超市，還有很多吃飯的地方。酒店也很乾凈，房間夠大。早餐種類雖不是花樣繁多，但也夠吃了。

Μειναμε με τη συζυγο μου τρεις νυχτες.Το πιο ευκολο ηταν να το βρω.Βγαινοντας απο το κεντρικο σιγηροδρομικο σταθμο το βλεπεις στα 150 μετρα αριστερα.Καινουριο η ανακαινισμενο κτιριο,κομψο και συμπαθητικο.Εισοδοσ στο λομπυ,ομορφος χωρος που μερος του αποτελει και την αιθουσα πρωινου.Ανεβαινεις στα δωματια,δυο ανελκυστηρες γρηγοροι.Δωματιο,οριακα επαρκες σαν χωρος,καθαρο,μγαλο κρεβαττι,ανετο στρωμα,μικρη ντουλαπα,συσκευη καφε,χρηματοκιβωτιο,55 ιντσων 4Κ τηλεοραση,ανετο μπανιο.Καθημερινη καθαριοτητα οχι λεπτομερης,αλλαγη πετσετων αν το θελεις.Δεν υπαρχει πληρης ηχομονωση αλλα ειναι επαρκης.Το πρωινο δεν ειναι αναλογο ενος ξενοδοχειου 4 αστερων,χρειαζεται βελτιωση.Η τοθεσια ειναι τελεια.Με το τραινο μπορεις να πας οπου θελεις στη Γερμανια και οχι μονο,στασεις ταξι,μετρο τραμ λεοφωρειων δυο λεπτα απο την εισοδο.Με τποδια μπορεις να πας σε ολα τα βασικα σημεια της πολης,καναλι,αγορα,παλια πολη,ποταμι.Τελεια τοποθεσια.Αυτα.

這家酒店似乎很新,牀和浴室都處於最佳狀態。位置並不完美(從中央火車站步行10分鐘;附近幾乎沒有餐館/商店),但我可以住在那裏。主要的缺點是服務。我知道這是一個精選的服務,中等規模的物業,但即使如此,它也低於標準。我有工作人員說英語或德語(週末)有困難。儘管我是 IHG Diamond,但我的工作人員給了我一個糟糕的房間。我有工作人員沒有正確地解決投訴(缺陷暖通空調單元)。再次,我意識到這不是高檔的4-star酒店。儘管如此,即使對於選擇服務屬性,服務也令人不滿意。工作人員似乎訓練得很差。杜塞爾多夫的平均房價往往很低,但我仍在考慮是否給他們另一個機會。

位於萊茵河畔..從房間可以看到很棒的景色...員工一流,沒什麼麻煩,客房服務很棒,食物很棒....酒吧裏的餐食華麗,德國葡萄酒美味....牀和枕頭舒適....真的很愉快的住宿🤩

Location was great. Close to Dusseldorf and Mochengladbach. An U-Bahn stop right in front of the hotel. (On-site) Parking was not an issue. If you want to check in during off hours a phone call/email to the hotel, or self check-in at the front door of the hotel will do. Room was clean and quiet. Yes it's tiny but sufficient to a family of four in our case. While the name B&B suggests bed and breakfast, breakfast is not automatically included but can be purchased on site. We got yelled at because we did not purchase the breakfast in advance and walked in and prepared to eat. But wait! We can always pay for it (later) right? The staff covering the morning shift that day argued that people 'normally' pay first (so we can not pay later?!).... To be fair, the dining area was clean and welcoming, and foods were there. There were no signages saying that 'Please pay before sitting down' or 'Please wait here to be seated'. The bottom line is that there is no reason to yell at people, right? Just kindly put down a bill/check would yield a much better travel experience. How did the entire incidence end? We paid for the breakfast, but did not eat anything. We walked across the street and had our breakfast at the McDonald's. We did not want to eat in a bad mood with a rude staff.

We stayed here for a night before flying from DUS in the early morning and had a good stay in total. The hotel is brand new, so that the interior is very modern and neat. Also the room size and interior design was way better than in other Ibis Hotels. The staff was friendly and the location makes it easy to walk over to the airport terminal. Besides that, everything was clean. Only minus point is that the hotel bar was still closed, but the Novotel next door was happy to serve us.

I stayed in this hotel for about 3 weeks, and I can say that I had a goodtime. I can say that the rooms are a bit outdated, but with great pleasure I can say that the staff is very available to requests and to offer the best solutions available. Reception staff are very courteous and professional. The restaurant staff is always available and with a smile on their faces, and ready to welcome guests. The breakfast offers a wide range of food, and the menu with dishes is varied. I conclude by saying that it was a nice stay, and I would like to compliment the staff for their professionalism.

Wir waren hier mit Freunden um einen Geburtstag in der Nähe zu feiern. Das Hotel liegt in einer industriell genutzten Gegend etwas abgelegen. Es ist deswegen ausgesprochen ruhig in der Gegend. Das Haus ist recht neu und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind recht gross und sauber und die Betten sind bequem. Das Frühstücksangebot war nicht sonderlich reichlich, aber ausreichend. Zum Hotel gehört ein beschrankter Parkplatz für 12 Euro, den benötigt man nicht unbedingt, es gibt in der eher einsamen Gegend auch kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel wird mit minimalem Personaleinsatz betrieben, das war kein Nachteil. Alle Mitarbeiter, mit denen wir Kontakt hatten, waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für etwas unter 100 Euro haben wir eine sehr gute Übernachtung erhalten.

I was charged more than the agreed price and the hotel refuses to respond to my complaint. I was in the neigborhood and called them after seeing their prices on their site. Based on their offer I went to the hotel, the check-in took a long time because of computer problems. They charged my credit card, I asked for the bill to check it but they said I would get it at check-out. When I complained the next morning they would follow up later. They now deny it and claim I got a better room, but the price of my room on their site is still much lower than paid.
