"飯店地理位置絕佳，就在海濱。水療中心和泳池糟糕透了，我們根本沒法用，因為既沒有台階也沒有梯子——這簡直匪夷所思，我以前在任何使用過的泳池裡都沒見過。室外泳池很大，還有一個小一點的兒童泳池，但可惜的是，我們也沒辦法用，因為所有的梯子都是圓管而不是台階，我和其他客人上下都很困難。"

"By Albanian standards this place is super expensive. Expectations should be high Coffee in the room - great! Oh, you have to pay for it. Can I have a glass of white wine? Nope we only serve by the bottle. Do you have a wine list? Nope - the white wine is over there and the red over there. I select a bottle - Can you tell me about this wine? No - I don’t drink wine. Ok, can I just see the drinks menu? Nope, we don’t have one. Oh man (I’m now almost laughing it’s that bad) just get me a couple of beers. When we checked in we were sent to the wrong room. Booked a massage - he turned up 10 mins late (good massage) Booked the spa - had to wait 10 mins after our booking time to enter. We told reception about our complaints. Oh, we know. The management don’t listen."
