Great location, close to the beach and restaurants, and the front desk staff were very friendly. However, none of the rooms have a sea view. The breakfast selection was very limited, more like a 2-star hotel in Europe. Indoor seating for breakfast was very limited, and when eating outside, people around us were smoking throughout breakfast, which made the experience quite unpleasant.

It was a great stay at relax inn. My friends and I enjoyed the experience. The staff were extremely friendly and the environment was really nice. The only challenge we had was that one of the rooms (Room 101 to be precise) had a constant smell in the parlour which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than this, it was really an amazing stay.

My wife and I stayed at Relax Inn for 5 nights and it was absolutely amazing! The overall experience from the warm welcome when we arrived till our check out was just splendid. There was a receptionist - Sola (hoping I’ve spelt it correctly) who we absolutely appreciate her efforts, thanks for everything. I will recommend Relax Inn for anyone planning to stay in Durrës. The only reason I gave a 3 star for cleanliness is because the drain in the shower had an odour every morning. Asides that, we enjoyed everything about our stay there.

Lovely little place Lovely hotel with very polite and helpful staff , good position for the beach and main road of durres with all the cafes , bars , restaurants , shops . Would recommend this hotel always ask the receptionist for advice made things alot easier and got us local prices not holiday makers. All round sound little hotel in a beautiful country, well impressed. Well done Relax inn durres

Quattro stelle che però dovrebbe essere un tre stelle. Colazione deludente per gli italiani , improntata parecchio per est e nord europa, pulizie discutibili: una volta appositamente ho lasciato una saponetta usata sul bidet, è stata tolta senza pulire il resto solo le rubinetterie. Ho fatto presente questo alla reception perché oltretutto non avevano cambiato neanche il tappeto del bagno palesemente sporco. Quando siamo arrivati e un altro giorno abbiamo dovuto mettere il lenzuolo da soli: la prima volta perché era messo a mo' di farfalla di benvenuto ma la seconda era piegato sopra il letto. La struttura è nuova ma la posizione anche se a pochi metri dalla spiaggia è in una zona trasandata e vicina al porto quindi il mare pessimo. Dispiace perché il proprietario è una persona gentile e disponibile. Punto a favore il parcheggio privato. Spero la recensione li porti a migliorare perché la struttura ripeto è moderna e nuova

I recently stayed at Relax Inn Hotel and had a really good experience. The staff were polite, helpful, and made check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. It’s a luxury hotel, but it definitely offers good value for money. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere which made it easy to relax. The location was also convenient, close to shops and transport links. The owner go beyond to help u with everything.. Overall, Relax Inn is a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly and hassle-free place to stay. I’d stay here again!

Great hotel, big rooms, large beds, great AC. Rainshower and 2 tv's. Comfy couch and enough space for your clothes.The breakfast was also great, we loved the chef, friendly dude that even greeted us at the boulevard on his day off. We will come back for sure!

The location was great, very close to the beach and a wide range of places to eat.

Het hotel is goed en schoon de kamer die wij hadden was groot en de douche ook goed lekker warm water en goede straal het matras van het bed was volgens ons ook erg goed Het ontbijt was ook goed verzorgd de kok die voor het ontbijt zorgt is erg vriendelijk en bakt zelf cake voor bij het ontbijt die vinden wij ook erg lekker voor de rest gebakken en gekookt eitje met verschillende soorten vlees kaas jam en broodjes allemaal goed verzorgd Wij zijn zeer tevreden over dit hotel Met vriendelijke groet steven en Katherine
