Da anni evito hotel a 5 stelle perché l'ansia da prestazione del personale si trasforma spesso in invadenza ma visto il basso livello delle strutture in zona ho scelto questa struttura,abbastanza decentrata ma cmnq comoda. Premetto che il personale quasi tutto molto giovane oltre ad essere estremamente gentile e disponibile e' anche premuroso ma in alcuni casi manca un po' di esperienza. Le camere sono molto performanti,parcheggio comodo,colazione essenziale ma molto buona e ben assortita,cucina sia pranzo che cena veramente di alto livello a prezzi ragionevoli. In Italia sarebbe un 4 stelle superiore, per il posto la classificazione e' giusta. Alcuni dettagli infatti andrebbero cmnq curati visto il livello,tipo una delle piscine aperte al pubblico con fauna locale discutibile, camera non rifatta,qualche porta da rivedere,formiche un po ' ovunque all' esterno. Rimane cmnq la soddisfazione di essere stati trattati benissimo da tutti i ragazzi che ringrazio per la gentilezza e la disponibilita'

Otele girişten çıkışa kadar çalışanların seviyeli ama samimi yaklaşımları devam etti. Sizi memnun etmek için elinden geleni yapıyorlar. Odalar, tesis, havuzlar zaten harika. Her köşesi düşünülmüş ve masraftan kaçınılmamış. Lüks bir konaklama ve özel hissetmek istiyorsanız tam yeri. Kahvaltı çeşitleri olması gerektiği kadar ve olabilecek en iyi kalitede. Restaurant denemedik ama eminim şehir merkezindekilerden çok daha iyidir. Özellikle adını tam yazamayacağım resepsiyondaki genç kadınlar çok ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Tekrar gelinebilecek güzel bir otel. Tavsiye ederim.

E ‘ senza dubbio il miglior hotel di Durazzo. Un 5 stelle sicuramente per la struttura ma non per i servizi. Tranne alcuni casi il personale non è adeguato ad un 5 stelle , in alcuni casi scocciati ed infastiditi da una tua richiesta. Gli aspetti che andrebbero migliorati(oltre una migliore qualificazione del personale a mio avviso sono le seguenti: - eliminare l’odore di cucinato che dalla cucina a vista sale sui piani delle camere; - realizzare una rampa per i portatori di handicap limitrofa la gradinata di ingresso; - abbiamo utilizzato la SpA su prenotazione e il bagno turco e la sauna erano spenti; - non possiede un servizio di transfer da e per l’aeroporto è per la spiaggia ( ci si è dovuto appoggiare al sevizio taxi cittadino ma con tempi di attesa non inferiori a 20 minuti anche perché la struttura è distante da centro di Durazzo e nelle vicinanze dell’hotel non c’è praticamente nulla. Un 5 stelle è anche questo!

Just come back from a 9 night stay at this fabulous hotel. Most of the staff are amazing and would do anything for you, they are clearly there to please, and the main swimming pool is great - although the bar staff down there could seem a bit more enthusiastic and attentive. There is also another pool which is smaller. The food is really good and beautifully served, although the menu is limited. However they do know this is something they have to work on and promise it's being done. Definitely recommend a stay here for a chilled break. The area is not so great, but the hotel have a driver who will take you into Durres for nothing (although we did give him a tip) and we hired a car for a couple of days to see a bit of the country. You can walk to the beach by the way.

Very nice hotel, great services, the « decor » is unusual but nice. We liked the room very much… the size, the bathroom the equipment… top After one week traveling around Albania we really appreciated the quality of the services. Two swimming pools, one of them big and nice for swimmings and sunbathing. The diner was nice and the prices nice too. BUT… The hotel is far-away from Durres center (to visit) and the beaches a car is absolutely necessary Some of the staff are very rigid. This was the first time we had our bag checked when coming in to make sure we were not bringing in any outside food and when checking out they checked that we did not steal any towels…. and being treated like thief was not nice… it was humiliating even They could have asked with a smile rather than acting like custom officiers. Nevertheless the place is great
