I had a great stay at JB Duke. I highly recommend the David Suite. It’s a large apar**ent with plenty of space. I’m happy there was a gym and guest laundry. Good place if visiting Duke or just Durham in general :)

The staff here were great. I stayed in a suite that was kind of off to the side of the main hotel area, and there was a very concerning scent of dampness or mold in the hallway area walking over to the suite. It smelled like there was a deeper issue going on in the hallway than housekeepers would be able to address. The room itself was fine and well-kept.
I'm writing this review to encourage the hotel management to focus attention on this, because mold scents or scents of something rotting are not what you want on the way to your room.

Stayed here during Duke’s Lacrosse camp. Players could walk to the fields. Great Wi-Fi for getting work done. Great food and drinks! Staff was excellent!

Very nice, clean, professional hotel. Walking distance to all Duke facilities. Staff friendly, great lobby bar, comfortable rooms and even 3-4 pillows per bed.

Gorgeous hotel. We stayed in a Corner King room. Spacious. Nice view of campus.
Ultra friendly staff. Delicious room service. Cozy fireplace at the lobby restaurant. Great food there. Abby was a friendly and upbeat server.
Front desk staff were great. Room service staff were great. Convenient parking garage included with room price. We will definitely stay at JB Duke hotel again.

Very nice stay. Chosen for comfort, convenience and close proximity to Cameron Indoor Stadium. Beautiful campus. A long hair was found in the bed, otherwise very clean and comfortable.
