SpringHill Suites Raleigh-Durham Airport/Research Triangle Park

We got there after a long drive the room wasn’t ready I ask the front lady she said they don’t have a housekeeper at the moment we have to leave to our family dinner with out even taking a shower, I contacted the hotel and they offer me 500 point witch I dint even get because I’m not on their program I will never stay there

They overbooked and did not have a room for me. I had to wait for an hour. Well they called around and try to find another hotel that has space for me and then I had to drive to another location.

Building dated and surrounded by dumpsters and shipping containers. Should have closed for renovation. Room did not smell fresh/clean. Requested wake-up call and did not receive. Staff was friendly.

Flight was cancelled so needed a place to stay for the night. Booked a king bed room but was given two queens. Front desk gave away the room I booked and stuck me on the first floor.

Hotel was dated. Had to move rooms twice because they were very smoky. Would it rated it less but the service was very good and everyone was very accommodating and went above and beyond. Breakfast was good

The room was cold...i think the heat wascnot working well. This hotel needs upgrades...its old and not what you would except from a marriott in 2023.

My stay was nice very conveniently located. Mist restaurants were within a 5 min drive. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The check in was great but when i went to my room there was issues. The bathtub had hair in it, he floor was dirty, the counter had not been cleaned, and the mirror was dirty. Then i was supposed to have a king bed but i had two full beds.

Multiple sports teams ranging from Little League to college. Due to the abundance of children and teens and lack of supervision, the pool area was crazy, with no towels and no housekeeping. Random trash was everywhere in the halls; when I asked for towels, I was told they were ultimately out. Complementary breakfast was a joke; they ran out of everything, including plates. While the front desk watched, one staff member couldn't keep up with cleaning and stock. They had a waffle maker but no batter for it.
