En lo que cabe todo bien, solo que el personal nos trato un poco mal en el concepto que mi tarjeta del cuarto se desactivo y a la hora de ir a la recepción no me querian dar otra y me pedian mi ID pero yo venia de la alberca y no traia y me trato muy mal y yo le decia me acompañe al cuarto y ella insistía que necesitaba una credencial con foto y al final mando a alguien pero si fue mucho tiempo y lo mal que me trato te aruina el buen momento que estabamos pasando y hace tu estadia no tan buena

It was great! We came into town for the INW Trade show and stayed at the resort. Me and my husband had a great time. We bowled for about an hour and then got some Papa John's and Cinnabon before heading back to our room. The smoke free ****** and tower are also a plus!

Our first time there, didn’t know which hotel we were staying in, the staff helped us and showed us around.

Nice property. The spa tower room we stayed in was beautiful. Nice! Only thing could hear people behind us in their room.

The property was fine. Some of the dealers and staff were absolutely rude and terrible. We won’t be back after this experience. We will go elsewhere.

From the moment we checked in, it was evident that the room's air conditioning was not functioning properly. Despite our early notification to hotel staff, who assured us that the room would cool down given time, the situation did not improve. Multiple calls to the front desk yielded similar responses, with representatives advising us to be patient. Frustratingly, even after a visit from maintenance, the problem persisted. It wasn't until the late hours of the night, after returning from our planned activities, that the severity of the situation became apparent. Our room remained uncomfortably warm, despite the efforts made to rectify the issue. At 3:30 am, with our patience exhausted and sleep evading us, we were compelled to call maintenance once again. Only then was it confirmed that the air conditioner was indeed faulty. In an inconvenience compounded by the late hour, we were relocated to a different room at 4 am, sacrificing precious hours of rest. Regrettably, the hotel's attempt at consolation fell short. A mere $25 food credit was offered, an inadequate gesture considering the disruption to our stay and the limited time remaining before our scheduled checkout. This token gesture hardly compensated for the inconvenience and discomfort we endured throughout the night.

Hotel was clean, staff was great. Main issue is it is not clear where check in is. Drove around multiple times.

Concert arena was great, sound quality very good. Dining options not the best in my opinion. Food quality for the money was less than expected. Rooms are very nice in the Sky Tower.

Loved the nonsmoking Sky Tower room and ******. Great bell hop, valet service and beverage center. Only negative was the ****** area was hot and stuffy.
