"Excellent customer service, great location to downtown Durango, about a 10 minute walk. Charlie and Emily made us feel so welcome! Highly recommend the Gable B&B, great breakfast and coffee! Only thing to note is there is not TV’s in The rooms."

"New hotel downtown within walking distance to all the action. The room was good size for the two of us. Everyone was really friendly especially the person who worked at the breakfast. The only problem is that the cost was very high once taxes & fees (parking) were added on. Prior to check in cost was around $200 a night for standard but after checkout $300 (night)! My thinking (next time) would be to stay outside of downtown. For the price I paid a night there was a view of the hotel balcony next door and the irritating thing was hearing entry door(s) slam very loudly (all day/night) at nearby rooms. We tried our best to close our door slowly so not to disturb others. Note: from what I could determine it wasn't really the guests fault. The door has old style (slam) close that most hotels went away from but for some reason this Hilton gave it a go."

"Amazing spot! Right in the hub of all the life in Durango! Great parking. The hotel itself was part of the visits fun. We walked around one night looking for something to do, but around 8PM things tend to close down in Durango but it turns out the hotel had to fun we were looking for. We walked back to the hotel and heard lively ragtime piano music coming from the hotels connected saloon. We walked in, found a chair, and cheered along with the rest of the crowd enjoying the music and stories of Adam Swanson."

"Room was really nice and clean. The air freshener was one that plugged into an outlet close to the ceiling. About 11pm the first night, it start making a beeping noise and a blue light started flashing. Waking us up through the night. In the morning, I finally was able to reach up and pull it out of the outlet. Didn't sleep worth a crap, especially the night before Iron Horse Bicycle Race. Oh, Coffee maker didn't work either. Seemed they we're short staffed at the front desk too. I never am one to *****, but who in the hell would put those kind of air fresheners in hotel rooms? I guess when they're out of fragrance, they start flashing and making noise. Poor choice for hotel rooms.....Oh, they charge for parking! Really, I was just going to get in my portal and magically arrive there!"
