Residence Inn Durango Downtown

Front desk staff was friendly, albeit he was the only one on the property - doing it all, washing windows/entry doors, stocking, etc. Room was great! Immaculate - couches are vacuumed, bed comfortable, love the amenities of having a kitchenette, seating area, couch/tv. Some say the property is dated, living in a mountain town, I think it has a lodge/mountain feel - reflective of the area you're visiting. I would stay again. It met all of our expectations.

Thanks so much for a lovely Christmas stay. The 2-bedroom suite was perfect for our family. Breakfast was quite good, and we were happy to have coffee and tea available until late in the evening. The only minor criticism that I have is to please do better stocking the kitchens in the rooms. We planned to eat in for most of our stay but cooking wasn't always easy. Otherwise, it was great. We'd definitely stay again.

We had an extended stay for a week in a studio suite. The breakfast was good with a great selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Including eggs, sausage, bacon and waffles. The only thing that made the stay less than stellar was the water pressure in the shower and the television- there is no guide and finding anything is impossible with the station numbering. With this being an extended stay hotel people will probably pass some time watching a little tv but forget trying to find any semblance of a station. The front desk will provide a printout of the channels but why does it have to be so difficult? Next time we will bring our firestick. All in all it was a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and the kitchen very practical and clean. The hotel is a bit outdated but overall clean and the staff was very friendly.

No frills , adequate for a night. Breakfast area was very uncomfortable, cramped and crowded. Will be trying other options when I return to Durango.

Our stay was great! I love the homey feeling of it. Nice and quiet. The TV in the bedroom. I could not find a guide for the TV. I had to scroll down and find the channel for the guide. Receptionist seemed like she was tired, just as I was, we checked in in the evening. Breakfast was great! Awesome service from the lady. ☺️ I now prefer Residence Inn compared to the hotels I've stayed at. Especially in Las Vegas.

The property is beautiful. The room was kind of clean but could have been better. The shampoo in the shower was completely out. The breakfast staff was so friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff was very short and quick with conversation.
